Grisini Coffee — Restaurant in East Rutherford

The worker with the curly hair….rude..unacceptable. I used to work as a barista so therefore I can understand how stressful some days might be but that is not an excuse for mistreating the customers. All that I did was simply tell her that my iced coffee still tasted a tad bit warm and if she can please remake it or add more ice. Instead the young lady rolls her eyes and starts to mumble to her other coworkers about me right in front of my face. She remade my drink but it was still warm! All of this just for the coffee to still be mediocre. It is unfortunate honestly…it was my first time going to The American Dream Mall. I'm mad into coffee and when I found Grisini coffee in American dream I was like I'll try this place (bc of cheaper price). despite American dream having a really nice Starbucks. And I ordered a medium black coffee which cost me $5 which is the same price as Starbucks and I don't think they should charge $5 for black coffee and they also charged me an extra $0.50 for an add-on(Carmel) and the coffee wasn't even worth a dollar. So in my opinion if you want to go to a cafe I think you should stick to Starbucks being that Starbucks is the same price and has better quality coffee. I came to grisini to sit and get some work done. After 10 minutes of me getting situated the owner rudely came over to me and said this area is only for customers. I planned to buy a drink/snack after completing a quick task and i explained this to him. He then pointed at my bottle of water and some fruit i brought in with me and said take care of this other stuff and walked away in the middle of me asking him for clarity on what he said.
