If I could leave this store 0 stars I would. I made an in app order. My husband went to get it after a long day. Upon arrival he could see the store seemed open. Lights on, employee vehicles near, & food left out. He first tried going through drive through, but was ignored at intercom. So he then went up to the window & sat at the window for awhile. Still nothing even after a honk, & window knocked. Went back around to front of store & then seen other possible customers, & a door dash employee who also wasn't able to get service. My husband then walked the perimeter to see if he could see anyone. Two employee's attempted to dodge from being seen. A sad attempt honestly. He literally sat there for a little over an hour. Finally another customer pulled up & the employee waved for them to go to drive through window. Then the other employee finally answered stating they were worried for their safety. More like they were refusing to work. She then states she will not refund us for our order, nor would she give us the food we paid for. She seemd high. We didn't hear a word from manager the next day. (Still haven't even now). So my husband went down to talk to said manager, only to find no manager even in day time hours. Other workers said this happens almost every night, & finally refunded us. Sad part is the employees that want to work & to have a decent work environment can not have said enviroment due to manager being down right useless, & not caring about the team worth a darn. This business needs to be shut down & rehire for the bad employees including the worthless manager. I have wrote corporate & called. All ignored. If someone from corporate doesn't take this seriously we will be down right blasting this sh*thole of a bussiness. I never leave these type of messages or reviews but to be in this situation with a lack of attention from the jack in the box chain/corporation is unprofessional, & absolutely rediculous! Your good employees deserve better, & so do your customers! Do better JACK IN THE BOX!!

Read morePlease refer to my review from 2 days ago encompassing both East Wenatchee & Wenatchee and see the huge change in review... It's a testament to having an owner who cares enough to read the reviews online instead of relying just on their own observations as some workers work different when a manager or owner is there actually overseeing their work or just relying on reports from staff re: work performed while management away. Kudos to Kip for responding to my review in a timely manner and voicing grave concern regarding my poor review, as well as his willingness to refund the money I spent for the breakfast platter that morning. I thanked him for the offer, but that is not why I wrote the review and the food is good and it did not go to waste. But his quick offer to pay brought a quick thank you from me but no need to refund...if the poor performance has a chance to be corrected it will be by an owner who is very involved like this who stomped out the bad review immediately and I am sure will be monitoring a couple stores that have become laxidaisical without an owner/manager on site in those early morning hours that get very little traffic. If you post that you are open X Hours then you should be open and ready for business ALL OF THOSE HOURS!!! (Thank you again, Kip, for your concern and the attention! Read moreI used to stop by 2-3 times early in the morning for breakfast before I went to work. I used to get the same staff and they were always very nice to me. About 5 months ago I started getting turned away even though their lights and sign are on and they seem opened. Everytime I pull up they tell me that their system is updating and they can't take any orders. Because I was a loyal customer I kept showing up and giving them chances and they keep turning me away. I finally just gave up, probably healthier for me anyways, but this is no way to run a business. I am not the only one who was trying to get food from them this early in the morning as their were always 2 or 3 other cars with me. I don't know if your morning employees are just lazy and are getting away with turning people away or what. At least take your, "Our drive-thru is open 24/7", signs down and turn your lights off if you don't plan on serving people. Or get these new hires you have in line and make them work instead of...
