I will avoid this location like the plague. Judging by other reviews, you should too.
Quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We went there thinking it would be a fast stop on our way to a family get-together. We were wrong...
We ordered two Egg McMuffin meals with orange juice through the app for curbside pickup. As soon as we park we are greeted by a gentleman who told us that they were out of muffins. We decided to substitute the muffins with biscuits. He told us it'd be a few minutes. Ok, a little bit of a downer, but he handled it very well. Ten, fifteen, twenty minutes pass. I decide to go inside to see what's the hold up.
I walk up to the counter and asked about my order and said I had been waiting about 20 minutes). The young man (really 20s I'd say) manning the counter proceeded to give me attitude and told me that I was supposed to come in and pick up the order myself. No, I told him, I ordered with curbside pickup. He grumbles about being shorthanded (which, in fairness, they were. Only four people at McDonald's on a Sunday morning is nuts) and pulled his manager (or at least the person I believe to be there manager on duty). I explain the situation to her. She looks for the order and can't find it. She then tells me that I'll have to reorder my meals and wants to charge me again. I told her that I ordered through the app and already paid for my meal. Then the person who I spoke at the very beginning spoke up (he was behind the line and the only person preparing food). He verified what I told the manager, and he seemed surprised that I hadn't received my food yet. He finished preparing it 15 minutes ago he said. Anyway, the manager took my order again 2 Egg McMuffin Meals (muffins subsided with biscuits) with orange juice. Of course, they are also out of orange juice. I ask for sweet tea as a substitute. Orange juice is an upcharge for breakfast meals. Manager made no effort to refund or apologize, and, truth be told, I didn't ask because I wanted to get out of there. My food is prepared and is almost given to another customer. Thanfully, the cook prevents the last from giving it away. The young lady putting the meals together was on her phone doing video calls and texting in full view of customers. I now have an idea what may have happened with my original order...
Eventually, I get my meals without cups for my drinks. I had to ask for them, and went to fill my tea. For one last kick in the teeth, I saw no sweet tea dispenser. I don't know if this location doesn't have the tea with the soda, or if sweet tea was just one of the many things the location was out of. At this point I just wanted to leave. I settled for soda and left.
In summary: took 40 minutes to get my meal. I was overcharged. Staff (with one notable exception) was rude and/or clueless. No apologies for my inconvenience.

Read moreTypical Mcdonalds, not the freshest but it's mcdonalds so it taste good enough. Tend to get refried items more often than fresher items. The food is better after the renovations and speed.

Quality seemed to be on the rise although it was from such a low point but after a visit today I'm probably going to stop coming to this location. To start I ordered from the screen, there was no chicken tenders that I ordered, not a big deal but it was made a bit complicated by the person behind the counter. I made two orders, the 4 pc tenders meal that weren't available and a 10pc meal with a side salad. I asked for a refund on the 4pc meal(the screen let me order them although they weren't available) but was a bit confused as the person who was issuing the refund asked if I wanted to keep the fries? Instead of refunding the 4 pc meal she tried to do something else which just confused both of us. After 2 minutes of this she finally understood I wanted to keep the 10pc meal as is and refund the 4pc tenders as is. I got my drink, I typically get a sweet tea and unsweet mix. At the self serve there was no unsweet tea and sweet tea was there but without a top... there was an a lot of flies everywhere. Both fruit flies and larger ones. I made another order to replace the 4pc tender, a cheese burger and chicken sandwich. Pay and get the order without any issues. I go home, open up my cheese burger and there's a dead fruit fly that got caught on the outside of the bun as they were wrapping the burger up. It's disgusting.
I'm done overlooking the terrible quality and slow service. I share this food with my girlfriend and I'm not going to continue ignoring it as I care about her health and I'm genuinely concerned about their...
Read moreI had gone to this location before the renovation and it was still pretty slow. It seemed like they never had enough staff and speed and accuracy didn't matter to them. After the renovation, it seems like the workers are just there for a paycheck. I had ordered a Frappe a few days ago when I asked if the machine, which has consistently been broken down since before the renovations, was working and was told yes by the teller only to have a manager tell me no and to order something else. The girl at the window responded "whatever" to the manager when he told her to slow down and pay attention. A few days later I thought I'd give it another go and that was a mistake. I order a large number 6 with an extra large fry. When I paid, I noticed the same girl hadn't included the extra fries to my order. The female manager didn't make things better. I told her my full order and she did give me the extra fries...but she also finished my order incorrectly. I ended up with a large "6 piece" with an extra large fry on the side. They also more often than not, forget to put sauce in the bag or even ask you when you order. I've been constantly disappointed when I've gone through the drive thru. I don't typically go in if I'm on my way home so my experiences have been strictly drive thru related. Don't know if I'll be going back after so many...
