Josie's New York Deli — Restaurant in Easton

Ordered online thinking I could maximize time on my rare day off work. Planned to run in grab and go. WRONG. There was one long long line about 15 people deep. Stood there for almost an hour waiting. Then random people showed up and formed their own line and got prompt service. There was no sign or indication to go to that side for online pick up. The guy in front of me was in the same boat. Finally got home with my chicken salad sandwich and it is so so salty. They soup is seriously underwhelming. Therr are a few noodles, rice and carrots floating in chicken broth. I went into the deli and the cashier is sitting at one of the tables on the phone talking to someone. They continued the phone call all the way to the register, while giving me a glare. They asked me what I wanted, after charging my card they walked away saying nothing. I could hear arguing with the cashier and someone in the kitchen. They went above and beyond to get my order to me when the streets surrounding the restaurant were closed for a Christmas event. When I called to let them know that I couldn't get there, they walked three blocks to hand me my order. I highly recommend the food. The amount of food that we received for what we paid was impressive enough, but the quality of the food is recommendable as well.
