I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap. When the boy serving me started putting it together I asked, what's the brown stuff on there? He replied that it was bbq sauce. I stated, it's a honey mustard chicken wrap, and explained that I get it all the time and it's never had bbq sauce on it at any of the subways I've been to. The boy proceeded to rip the ingredient list off his side of the glass divider and put it toward me pointing at it saying, real slow and rude, it says honey mustard bbq chicken wrap. I said, who are you talking to? Don't talk to me like I'm dumb. Nowhere on the sign up there does it say anything about bbq sauce being on that wrap. He said, well this is the only one we have. I told my Mom we were leaving and I let him know we would not be back. He said, good I won't have to see you again. Bye bye. I replied you're a dick, no one should talk to customers like you do. There are employees who are miserable with their jobs enough to mess the food that you are paying for up. Flies landing on your food. Workers saying "they have had a flipping enough" in front of customers. 20 minute lines. Cutting your sandwich to the point its broken in crumbs and ripped. Not heating your food long enough. We work just like they do so we have to put our order in and one designated person go and pick it up but you can't do that if no one answers the phone. And about ordering on line we have done that also and order got screwed up. That's why I rated it so low. Other wise the food is good. They should have more help.
