Terrible customer service. Despite updating my address in the pizza rewards my food was still delivered to my old address. The delivery driver calls and tells me she's outside but not where I currently live. When asked how to resolve the issue she told me I'll have to call the store. I call the store and got transferred to the manager. The call dropped after waiting 5 minutes on the line. I called back and waited another 5 minutes. Finally the manager gets on the phone and immediately had a sour attitude. I explained my situation and frustrations. I had already been waiting almost 2 hours for our food with two little hungry people very excited for pizza. After all my explaining she tells me it's not her fault I gave the wrong address. I said I didn't give the wrong address the pizza profile said the address updated. She then said she has nothing to do with the app. I said it wasn't the app it was just the rewards system. She said again that they don't deliver to my address. I CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THAT! I told her I understand that, but my card has been charged and I don't have food and was asking if they could either give my money back or help direct me to the right store. She told me again that this was not the right store. Then she went on to tell me their store is not delivering food because of the high volume. Idk how this has anything to do with me seeing as though my food WAS delivered by their store. At this point i lost my cool because she clearly wasn't listening to me. She then told me she didn't like my attitude and if i was going to continue with it she was going to "hang up and i could have a good night!" At that point i just asked for my money back, but before i could finish she transferred me to her boss. Again i sat on hold for 8 minutes. The general manager got on the phone and was extremely short with me. Again i explained my situation and she did not listen because again she said they don't deliver to my address. I told her I understood but the rewards system provided the wrong address despite me updating. It was like a broken record because she said they don't deliver to my address. Read morePlaced an order at 1055, said it would be ready at 1111-1121. Arrived to store at 1125, all outside lights were off, open sign off and doors locked. Tried to open the door loudly to see if employees would hear me. They look at me, and don’t let me in. I get back into my car and call the store, automated person says my stuff is in the oven but the app says it is ready?? I wait on line to be connected to a worker, instead the call suddenly ends (saw employee pick up and hang up phone). So after waiting another 10 minutes, i try to open door even louder, still no answer. Go back into my car and call the store again to no avail, however this time it says my order is ready (even though no worker placed fresh boxes on the shelf). After another 15 minutes in my car i honked my horn, this finally made them open the door. I pay for my food and get it, but am so frustrated I didn’t check to see if it was right. Once I get home, everything is cold, not one of the 4 sauces I ordered is in the box. Literally THE WORST experience with any business I have ever had in my life. Will not ever be ordering from any dominos again. I expect a full refund, and if you want others to continue to order, fire the entire staff at that location, better yet, close that location. I thought well sounds good, I’ll give it a shot again and well this time, things were bad. I ordered online the same way, I get no call, no knock on the door, nothing, paid $25+ $10 tip. This is crazy. I better get my refund. Hotel stated no pizza delivery has been here. It’s been 2 hours. I will no longer be using this location’s services again. What a huge waste of time and their points system is a set up as they are basically messing things up when they know you have a free pizza in the order.
