Jamba — Restaurant in Edina

Went to get a Jamba tonight at 7:53 and the doors were locked already (with other guests inside trying to help us in) and the staff was waving us off motioning they were closed. All the signs and website say open until 8pm.

We then walked to our car to call in an order to go and were hung up on by a young man. We called back and a young women answered and said they were locking the doors as we spoke because it was now at 8:01 and they closed at 8pm. We said we were at the door waving to be let in before that. She said that’s not true, and lied to us saying the doors were not locked until that moment. She went on to say if we had a problem (with being denied service during business hours) we should talk to the manager.

Staff clearly doesn’t have integrity to stay open until the hours on the website and verbally mentioned on the call. We will not be back to this store and advise others not to either as the staff clearly does what they want...

If you are in a hurry, this is not the place to stop to grab a drink. We have been to this location twice and each time we had the same experience. It took a long time to get our order. The employees were not friendly and it was confusing how to order as no one was at the front registers. The second time we went an employee walked in without a mask and said he couldn't find one and proceeded into the back right past people making drinks. He came back out to chat with the people making drinks and then left to get a mask. There seemed to be no manager to not allow unprofessional behavior. It was crowded inside with multiple people waiting for their orders. Some people came into the building and left since no one came to take their orders. I’ve been coming to this Jamba location since I was in high school. The staff has always been friendly, quick to make any order, and it’s always busy but I never feel like I’m waiting for too long. One thing I don’t totally understand is more for the corporate side of things.. the signage is totally lacking, or missing? The structures have all been the same since those high school days.. it almost feels like the environment doesn’t match the awesome service and quality of drinks!
