McDonald's — Restaurant in Edison

After ordering 2 breakfast sandwich and beverage, I waited patiently for 20 mins for order to be delivered to my table, then I walked in , restaurant was nearly empty with at least 5 mc Donald employees. I asked about my order and noticed that screen has only mine order and 2 from drive way. Then only the person took a note and asked me to wait for my order. After 5 mins, he left my sandwiches on counter rudely and left. About person walked in from drive way and started chatting. It was over 5 mins and I was still on counter waiting for my beverage. I then asked to see manager and then this person became agitate and literally started threatening and aggressive, then manager walked in and asked what she can help, in told her the story and instead of being apologetic she said it will take time we are busy, when literally we were the only one with order in restaurant. Then the employee came back and threw the beverage on counter after 5 min. I asked manager her name so I can lodge and complain and she ignored rudely. WORST restaurant ever!! I went to this McDonald's yesterday 04/08/21 around 2:00pm. I took my son with me, I went inside and there was 1 customer there and 1 in the drive-thru. I experienced the worst service. When I ask for my son's hamburger happy meal the employee didn't even ask me if I wanted fresh fruit, or if I wanted a juice, milk or anything. Also, when I wanted to order something as well for myself she did the same thing with my order didn't ask me if I wanted the meal or just the sandwich. She was in a hurry to take my order a didn't hesitate to ask if I wanted anything else. When I received my order I noticed my crispy chicken sandwich deluxe only had the bun, the chicken patty and 2 sliced pickle. It didn't have lettuce, tomatoes or cheese. I'm very disappointed with the poor service I was provided yesterday and on top of that, they don't even give you a receipt. No wonder why, they know customers can do surveys and reviews with the receipt. I stopped by to order some food for my fiancee and I after my her long shift at the hospital. I ordered a Big Mac and she ordered the #9, ketchup only. Pull up to the window and was given the food pretty quickly and as I'm checking the order before driving away, I notice that the #9 has cheese on it. So I get the guy's attention at the window and say there must've been a miscommunication, that the order was wrong. The guy immediately blames the cooks, saying he put the order in right and took the food back. I wait a few more minutes and he gives me the food back. I again check one of the two burgers of the #9 and see it's correct. I get home and see that the one I checked was fine, but when we got to the second burger of the order it was literally just bread and ketchup.
