Freddy's has great consistency in product. Hamburgers are not the healthiest of foods so if you are going for it, you might as well go for a quality place like Freddy's. Freddy's is not your usual burger restaurant. Their patties are very thin, so if you are really hungry, be sure to order a double. Be sure to also get an order of their thin frrench fries. ("Freddy's famous shoe string fries, seasoned to perfection.") Be sure to ask for a small tub (or two) of their delicious "fry sauce" to go along with any order of fries. ● My favorite is their Steak Burger California Style: A Steak burger patty, sliced onion, tomato, lettuce, cheese (and don't forget the flavor Freddy's fry sauce to go ) Also available in double or triple patties! ● Freddy's also do Chicken Tenders, which my son loves. They also have different styles of hot dogs (all beef), different types of chili bowels, different types of frozen custard treats, like "The Signature Turtle – Vanilla custard covered with hot fudge, hot caramel, toasted pecans, whipped cream and topped with a cherry" or "Hawaiian Delight – Vanilla custard, topped with pineapple, coconut shavings, strawberry, macadamia nuts, whipped cream and topped with a cherry." ● Their staff must enjoy working there as they are incredibly nice every time we visit. Read moreTLDR: Took me over 16 minutes to order a small order despite only two cars infront of me. Was honked and yelled at by people behind me in line, manager didn’t do anything.
Pulled up to the drive-thru order speaker and was told to hold. Was told to hold and waited seven minutes, place was not busy and only two cars infront of me. Eventually the line of cars building up behind me started to honk their horn, I yelled at the speaker seeing if the employees could hear me but no one responded. Two minutes later I pulled up so that the people behind me would stop yelling at me. Five minutes later I was able to pull up to the window and explained why I couldn’t order earlier, thankfully the employee said she would tell her manager then let me place my order at the window and then had me pull up to wait for my order to be made. Eventually had my order brought out to me, never recieved an apology or explanation for why I was told to wait at speaker (over 9 minutes) or why no one replied to me after I tried to get their attention.

Read moreUsed to be my favorite mid-week burger stop. But last experience was un called for. I ordered the number one no cheese. Got charged for cheese and had cheese on my burger. I didn't notice the cheese till I got home a couple miles down the street. So, despite not having the time to I drove back up the drive thru. I don't know if the person taking orders was playing a game with me but she acted like no one's ever brought back food through the drive thru. I had this last for about two minutes before I told her to get the manager. The manager, a large man, last name Auberg I believe, told me the burger i brought back was done correctly? !?!?! And didn't know why i was holding up the line!!! I work in retail, kinda similar, so how the heck is the customer treated like this? They did make me a new burger but i could tell it wasn't made very nicely and was smooshed the heck out of when it was aggressively placed in the bag and handed to me.
