Horrible experience! Called in a carry out order and arrived 5-10 mins later. When I entered the store the cashier and staff greeted me nicely and informed me they couldn’t take my order due to “the system going down”. I informed the cashier my order was placed over the phone, that it should have already been made. The cashier then located my already made food but said I had to pay in cash since their computer system was down. I informed them that all had was $4,00 cash since I wasn’t informed when placing my order over the phone of the cash only requirement. The cashier then went to the owner and asked him if he could sell me the meal for $4.00 instead of the $8.00 owed and was told no (by the owner). At this point I left but called back and expressed my complaint with the owner. The owner then lied and said he would have given me my food for free; however, when I was in the store he said otherwise. The owner continued to argue with me rather than admitting he made a mistake. I expressed to him I was contacting corporate to complain and was told not to ever return to his store. Not a great experience...
Read moreWhen you walk into a restaurant and the “manager” is on the phone with her friend and raises the ticket without saying anything and I nod, “yes”. She bags it and hands it to me still on the phone. The only time she says “hey girl, I gotta go. I’ll call you later” was when I was asking her a question about a promotion through my email and her answer “well a lot of people have asked about it and I don’t know how to do it” and then I ask for the manager and with attitude she says back “I am the manager” then I asked where I could call to find out how to claim the promotion she goes “well I guess you can call corporate”. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and flat out disrespectful. People spend a lot of money on a fast food sandwich just to be greeted (or the lack of being greeted) and not even courteous. She was on shift at 3:20pm. Did I say bad? I’m sorry. But as soon as I walked in the door there was this god awful smell. I should have turned around and left with that alone.. SERIOUSLY! Walked to register, did not get greeted - that didn’t really matter to me, but I’ve never had Jimmy John’s before so when I went to look at the menu, I felt rushed (no other customers behind me waiting). As I was in the middle of talking to the cashier about what I wanted to eat, another employee interrupted to talk non work stuff and the cashier actually stopped our conversation to talk to them 😬. This was the 2nd red flag to where I should have left. I ordered 4 regular sized sandwiches and one kids meal. Spent $40+ 😬. Sat down to wait for the order - tables were dirty.
Now my order is ready I drive home (25 min)… and EVERY. SINGLE. SANDWICH… made incorrect/random sandwich. Never got the kids meal stuff 🤷♀️
Now… MY STOMACH IS SICK 🤢 literally… 🤢
