Staff has no knowledge of the products, proper preparation, or how to sell them. Tidy but not clean, let’s of cross contamination and residual products from other items being mixed into your order. My drink had a weird after taste and a coconut flavor that shouldn’t have been there. I’ve been with Herbalife for a while and have attended official trainings, tons of club experience. I only stopped in because I was out of products at home and stumbled across this club while I was out and about. This club could use a lot of training and deep cleaning as well as regular cleanliness practices during shifts. I do not recommend this location.

I’ve used herbalife and used to be a distributor so i’m very familiar with the way things should be made, the person working wasn’t very friendly when we came in and so we were hoping she was having a bad day. our shakes and teas were extremely diluted and i’ve never had them taste so watery, normally when I drink my shake, i’m not hungry all day so I have to drink them at the end of the day. i’m a regular herbalife user and this just is not a good club, I likely will not be returning because of our abrasive treatment and...

Searched Google for smoothies and this came up. Definitely no smoothies, just “meal replacement” drinks, which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. $8+ for some blended ice water and powder was wild. Not sure I’ll come back, even if the guy behind the counter...
