SECOND REVIEW!!!! First - I believe this is the way Alibi Cookies service typically is - I walked into the store with great service and smile on faces, kindly greeting us! Christian, April and Annie were INCREDIBLY NICE!!!!! They were efficient and friendly! My 5 brownies were WARM and served in a BOX! NOW THIS is the way to serve your customers!!!! GREAT JOB AND I WILL BE RETURNING!!!!!!! I’m ecstatic to walk in to such friendly people!!!! THANK YOU KAYLIE!!!!!! Christian, April and Annie! You have changed my heart and now I say GIVE ALIBI COOKIE a try! The brownies are to die for!!!! I’ll be back! Thank you very much!!!!! ♥️😊

The girl was Absolutely RUDE, horrible service! I’ll never go here again!!!!!! I started to ask what they….. oops she interrupted and said snidely all the cookies we have are right there! (Pointed to sample display) I said I’m asking specifically if you have gluten free. She went n looked and said two left! She gets out brownies (cold!) and hands them over. I asked for my receipt and she TAPS on the card machine and said if you want a receipt it will ask you there, so you know next time! Oh apparently it was too hard for her to print a receipt. My boyfriend and I stopped here looking for a late night sweet treat hoping this would be a good spot. I’ve been here once before and did enjoy the food although not so much the service. Tonight we had ordered a “Triple Chocolate Chunk” and a “Cinnamon Toast Crunch Deluxe Cookie”, the chocolate chip was cold and greasy, which is weird because last time I came I received warm cookies. The cinnamon toast cookie icing tasted sort of cheap in a way or fake, not the icing I was expecting, there was also no ingredients stating what sort of icing it would be. Despite the cookies tasting poorly, service was poor as well. I had asked the employee their opinion on the “Deluxe Brownie” only to get in response a short and dismissive “yes.” I often like to hear the employees or other customers opinions of the cookies to help me better choose, so I was feeling a little let down with that reply. I would also like to add when we were ordering the employee was tapping his finger and sighing heavily while we were ordering which felt like we were rushed, not to mention we’re the only ones in the shop. I returned 8/13/2023. Shared my concern from last visit and this time they packaged them in a box. The cookies are PHENOMENAL! The staff was very kind. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered a six pack for pickup through the doordash app while I was grocery shopping in town. I tried their website first but I was unable to edit my cart after mistakenly adding the same two cookies twice. The cookies were served warm, three to a-pack, melted together and broken into pieces. The broken bits of cookies that we ate were delicious (5/5), but due to the way they were packaged it was disappointing to open them up and see this mess. I live 30 minutes away so none of this was noticed while I was in person at the store. I will try them again in the future, but I would recommend if you have any dietaty restrictions to go inside and order in person and request that the cookies be packaged separately.
