The night/early morning crew is awful. I went around 3 a.m. on 2/1/19 and waited 45 minutes. There were not that many cars in front of me. It took someone almost five minutes to come to the window just to collect my money.
I could also hear the workers laughing, carrying on, and having a great time from my car. From my car! I initially thought it was the people in the car in front of me, but that turned out to not be the case when I got up to the window.
While I was waiting for my food, the gentleman at the window told me that they we're having problems with their drink machine and I wouldn't be able to get orange juice. That was fine, and I didn't really care. I understand stuff happens. He then asked if I wanted a shake or something to replace it. I did not.
He gave me my food later and waved me off. I had to actually say, "But I paid for an orange juice." Again, he tried to give me something different that I already told him I didn't want. I just wanted a refund for it. It's not that hard to give me back whatever an orange juice costs.
I waited another five minutes expecting a quick refund while he did nothing but stand at the window and talked to another worker. I just drove off after that. It wasn't worth it. The food was also cold, but I expect that about 50/50 when I go that...

I was following an elderly lady, in a nice new car through the parking lot. There was a service truck parked blocking the curbside spots, making a traffic situation. The lady started to backup and didn’t know I was behind her. I barely beeped my horn to alert her, backed up, and pulled over to give her as much room as I could to let her make whatever maneuver she was attempting. The all star McDonalds cashier at the first window screamed at me in front of all the other customers “BE PATIENT”. I informed her that I was being beyond patient, and had only used my horn for its intended purpose, to avoid an accident. This incident happened the date of this review at 10am. The cashier wasn’t skinny, white, too old to work at McDonalds, and was probably named Karen. What a world we live in now that they have made their way to the other side of the counter. Read moreThe employees are rude and very unprofessional. I’m from st.louis and I don’t ever make complaints and I’ve seen bad customer service but this was terrible . I went through the drive thru and had to shout my order because the lady said she couldn’t hear us and she cut me off mid order and told me to pull around. When I pulled around I asked if she could add on the rest of my order due to me not being finished. So she swiped my card without giving me a receipt and I moved on to the next window. When I arrived they handed me a bag with two sets of old, cold, brown looking medium sized fries and my sandwich I gave them the bag and told them my order was messed up they gave me $1 back for the medium sized fries they charged my card for and gave me my sandwich and took the fries. After they rudely closed the window on me I asked where the rest of my order was and they tried to argue with me and shut the window on me and finally gave me the rest.
