I don't go to this location very often because the cars waiting in the drive thru are usually wrapped around the entire building. I also feel that the parking lot is designed poorly and it's very difficult to get back out onto the main road from the exit. To put this in perspective, this location is situated on a corner of a very busy intersection. There are also two highschools located within a half mile of this store. I noticed there was no one in the drive thru this evening so I went ahead and stopped. I'm not crazy about their drinks but my daughter likes them. I do like their 3 pack of madeline cookies which I ordered today. I noticed the wrapper was marked 03/25. I'm assuming that's the best by date. I opened the cookies and immediately suspected they were old because they were falling apart. I took one bite of a cookie and was so disappointed. They were hard and crumbling. It seems as if they were in a fridge, taken out, and repeatedly put back in the fridge. They are supposed to melt in your mouth almost like butter. When you're paying $3.00 for 3 little cookies from a place like Starbucks you have an expectation and sadly that wasn't met. I think it's fair to say that the employees aren't necessarily rude to you here but they certainly don't go out of their way to be friendly. However, about 1/4 of the time I order (99% through the app ahead of time) my iced drink is not ready within the specified time frame. At least a couple times Iâve had to ask for a refund bc my drink wasnât ready, and I have a schedule/appt to keep. I usually give an extra 5 minutes past the time frame before asking for a refund. Twice I left without my drink and came back later- 30min later once and 2 hours later another time and simply collected my drink. The odd thing is that this happens when itâs not âbusyâ. A handful of people hanging inside and a car or two in the drive-thru. Today I couldnât give an extra 5 minutes, I only gave 3 minutes past pick up time which was almost a 10 minute wait for a drink ordered ahead of time with a window of âready in 4-7 minutesâ- again NOT busy, and I know my mobile order was in before that car ordering at the drive-thru who is getting their drink before me. You will need to park in the employee or hotel parking lots. Several times Iâve ordered egg bites and 15 min later, when I havenât even gone to get them, they are still laying next to the oven, still frozen. If you arenât going to provide respect and out-going customer service to walk-in customers, just make this a drive thru only location. They store also accepts Uber Eats orders which are pushed to the back of in person and driver thru orders.
