Called and complained about my Cheese Pizza being Luke Warm. My total bill was $41.95. I called the restaurant and spoke with a female, I explained my situation and she says ok. Customer service skills are lacking to say the least. I asked is this how you handle a complaint and she says hold on. A male picks up the phone and was polite I asked if he was the owner he said yes. I explained my situation to him and said the female that answered the phone is lacking customer service skills it went completely over his head. I begin to speak about the pizza and told him I’m a frequent customer and that I visit both locations. The owner says it’s not winter time and everything is coming hot out of the oven. Really it’s not winter! So I guess a customer can expect a Luke warm or cold pizza in the winter if it’s delivered. He then says if you want a hot pizza you have to eat in that statement is crazy talk. I asked the owner is this how you handle customer complaints he says again I need both pizzas back and I will make you two fresh. I ordered delivery for a reason. I told him I don’t appreciate the lack of customer service and that I will not order again from his establishment he says I will get more customer. The owner doesn’t want my money that’s fine with me. I refuse to pay again for terrible customer service and lukewarm food. There are many pizza joints in the area I’ll just go up the street.
Maybe the owner was having a bad day but I’m going to have...
Read moreI work close to Micchelli's and stop in frequently before work, and besides the peppy upbeat blonde employee who is great and friendly, the other employees are grossly incompetent. Tonight I stopped in because I was starving and wanted to grab a slice before work, the overweight younger girl was working the register. I placed my order, watched her put my slice in the oven and forget about it, after waiting ten plus minutes which I tracked on my phone, I got up and left having already paid and tipped, because after throwing a slice that only needed to be heated in an oven and leaving it there for over ten minutes I'm sure it would be something I was no longer interested in. It is not the first time with this girl, she has done this before, but brought out the burnt nearly black pizza last time and actually served it that way. I have been going to Micchelli's since they opened and have suffered through rude employees and incompetence many times, there food is average, but the service is super sub standard. I will never again give them my business and I encourage everyone else to do the same. I was reticent to write this, but it is to common a problem at this...
Read moreI ordered delivery from this place twice. First of all you order from DoorDash, and pay all the fees and the tip. But, what people don’t know is the restaurant actually does the delivering. Why are we ordering from Doordash and paying extra fees? The first time I ordered, my pizza was over an hour late. Also, you cannot track it on DoorDash. I had to keep calling in the restaurant. But it was warm, so that was OK. BTW, they are about than 10 minutes from me. I ordered it again with a guest. This time it was over an hour late. We finally received the pizza and it was cold and soggy. We had to heat it up in the oven for it to get any kind of warmth or crispiness. in addition, the prices are very high. That second pizza cost me $45. I am not ordering...
