On 7/20/22 I got food though drive through it was at around 6:20pm, when I got home as started takin the food out of the bags I noticed my order was missing some items, I called and it took for everything for someone to answer, when someone finally did I ask the person what was her name , very rude she replied what’s the problem I ask what’s your name again what’s your name and instead of answering she hung up on me, so I had to drive all the way to jack in the box, when I got there I went to the counter and waited 5+ minutes before someone noticed I was there, when someone came to help me I ask if she was I charged and said no and pointed to on of the tables facing the window I went to that person and ask is she was in charge, she responded yes but I’m on my break I wow, so you are not going to help me because you are on your break? Yes said yes I’m on my 10 minutes break. Went back to the counter the person that hung up on me and acted like she didn’t care about her customers at ALL. When I ordered the Bacon Egg and Chicken sandwich combo they kept asking if it was a #25 when I directed them to the brunch menu they seemed to get it and then asked what I wanted to drink, when I stated that what I wanted they asked me again if it was a #25 and I again directed them to the brunch menu and they asked me what I wanted drink again. They gave me a total and I moved on to the line for the menu after about 10 minutes in line I got to the window they then asked what I ordered, I told them a Bacon Egg and Chicken sandwich they then rang that up and asked me to pay, I asked if it had even been started and they said no.
