Alright, so upon arrival with a few friends, I ordered (via the app/curbside pickup) a double quarter meal with extra salt, a Coca Cola, and a strawberries and cream pie. My friend in the passenger seat ordered a double quarter bacon meal a few minutes later. About five minutes after I ordered, an employee came and informed us that their drink machine was down. No big deal, so I switched my drink out for a sweet tea. Shortly afterwards, he came back out again and told my friend that, due to the same reason, the shake he ordered also couldn't be made, so he switched his shake for a frappé. Another employee came back several minutes later with his food (bearing in mind I'd been waiting a little over 10 minutes at this point). The employee went back inside, coming back again a few minutes later empty handed, and told us that MY food had been put in my friend's bag alongside his. We checked. It hadn't. I informed him of this and he returned inside, coming out finally with just a bag. He gave it to me, and I told him that I had a Coca Cola that had been replaced by a sweet tea. He went and got the sweet tea and gave it to me before walking away. I then opened my bag, discovering that A. There was almost no salt on the fries. B. My pie was missing. At this point, we resolved to simply leave, as we were on a bit of a tight schedule, but overall, I have consistently eaten at McDonalds across NW AR and Little Rock, and have NEVER had this many problems in a single visit, especially without any kind of apology...

I get home and one burger was plain the other had everything on it. The fries were old, cold, and not salted. Then in disappointment I open the nuggets to find literally 8 nuggets and only one honey mustard. Adding to this my drink was a medium when I ordered a large.    Read moreIf they had 0 stars I would give them 0. The people are rude and ignore customers. They stand around talking and playing like they are having a party instead of working. We sat in line 20 minutes waiting for an order that was ready for 15 minutes. They said they got "side tracked" but the drive thru line wasn't even moving so they weren't getting any orders out to anyone. I literally had to go bang on the door to even get their attention. They are so very rude and don't care about customers service at all. They need new employees that will actually work and take care of the customers!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never use this...
