IHOP — Restaurant in Rosemead

I been here before and this last time was the worst and actually killed this spot for me it lost me as a client forever and I live so close to it I rather drive 9 miles to the next one then come here again I ordered the churro pancakes and always happy with them this time I ordered them and they made them sooo small and they only put 2 not 4 pancakes and they were not even fluffy they were flat I place the order for pick up and when I got them I told the lady in the front hey what happened to my pancakes they are so small and am missing 2 on each plate I ordered 3 orders of them and she look at me and said oh. Yeah no their right and I said no their not alright I ordered this before and am missing pancakes and she just said from here and turned around and walked away and she didn't even care to look at the food or my receipt to see what I had ordered and then the person in charge didn't want to give me their district managers number so I could show him the kind of food they are giving $27 for 6 mini pancakes this place need better training and also need a better manager because his employees are showing the kind of leadership that he is giving out to them he need to learn to manage his team better stay away from this place and just go to the new NORMS on valley and Santa Anita their staff is always nice...

Came here at 8am for breakfast, got seated right away, i ordered a coffee it tasted very watered down, the mug was a bit chipped all around. Then i ordered the breakfast sampler, they downsized extremely on the hashbrowns and too crispy for my taste, my eggs i ordered over medium but the egg white was still runny, that was unpleasant. I held the plate when she placed it down on the table and felt a sharpness on my fingers, turns out the plate was also chipped which luckily it didn't cut me, also they served my food on a dirty plate it still had some sort of jelly or red syrup on the corner. I avoided adding salt on my eggs,the salt shaker had dead ants inside. The first order of pancakes were mushy and moist and started falling apart when i lifted one,so i asked if they could changed them, 2nd order comes and i took one bite and i had to spit out on a napkin, it tasted old. Lastly i received my check at 8:45am, i waited and waited until i realized no one was coming so i went up to the front and asked where do i pay, and by then it was 9:19am, it took 39 minutes for someone to charge me. Waited 15 min to be seated, waited another 15 min for someone to even acknowledge that we were seated, someone came and offered us drinks, brought our coffee and no sugars or sweetener. Then the server comes, very rushed and rude then repeated the wrong order. The same server was helping the table behind us (who came after we did) and informed them there weren’t anymore chicken fried steaks, didn’t mention anything to us when we had placed an order for the same so we assumed we must have gotten the last order. After already being here for 45 min with only coffee, she comes back to let us know there weren’t anymore chicken fried steaks. At this point, I was done and let her know to cancel everything and that we were leaving. I did offer to pay for the coffees, but the manager had come by and didn’t charge us for anything. He said that next time we came in, he would take care of us after we just informed him that we were from out of town and we’re trying to head back home already. NEVER...
