Arby's — Restaurant in El Paso

Me and my family love Arby's. When this Arby's opened up we were excited it looked nice and clean. However, we are never able to eat there, despite driving over there to do just that! It is ALWAYS closed before it is supposed to be! I can see the workers inside, but the door is locked. This has happened over the last FIVE times we have visited. Last time was Thursday May, 12th. We drove up at 9:20 pm, door said operating hours were til 10 pm. The door was locked! The time before that, I can't recall the date, same thing! Us and several other cars that were there around the same time drove off extremely disappointed. What is going on? If I were the owner I would investigate why my workers are closing earlier than they should be, and track sales around that time to see when sales are stopping opposed to when closing time is....

Although this post is basically about the latest visit, I am also basing it on the last 4-5 times. I normally give a place several chances if there is a concern I have. I used to always enjoy Arby’s, but it seems like there has been a change in the past 3 months or so. Orders have often been incorrect, food has been inconsistent, customer service has been lacking, etc. This past order was just a kid’s meal… but practically all of it was thrown away, unfortunately. The roast beef had a strange taste (even with the Arby’s sauce) and the cold curly fries were inedible… did not taste fresh, but seemed as though had been sitting out for a long time and were rather hard. The drink was ok, however. I do hope that things can be worked out, and all will return as...

Yesterday we walked in to this Arby’s. There was a young lady by the name of Nora, a Manager by the name of Kevin and an awesome staff. It is one of the best Arby’s in El Paso. Nora was so friendly, she welcomed us and She is fast ! Her integrity, her hard work, and even to keep the restaurant clean is very impressive plus, to get the orders out on time, left the speechless in the best way possible. What a team, the food was so delicious and fresh even the turnovers. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy anything or everything on the menu.
