I placed my order through the mobile app and requested curbside pickup. When I arrived, all the curbside parking slots were taken. When I attempted to check in, it didn’t allow me to place a curbside number, rather the app notified that I should find nearby parking and turn on my hazards. I then noticed a parking spot open up and a Chick-fil-A employee was delivering right next to the space I parked in. I then proceed to advise her that it didn’t allow me to add a curbside number she gets my name and walks away. I get a notification that my order is on its way, and after about 15 minutes my order still hasn’t arrived. I proceeded to call the Chick-fil-A store and Joe the manager answers. I ask about my order and try to explain what had happen when I arrived, but Joe the manager begins his unprofessionalism behavior with several responses stating, it’s on its way and hangs up. I proceed to the front door and ask for a manager. The same manger responds. I ask him what’s with the inappropriate service and he looks bothered and responds with, we are really busy, can’t you see that. I then try to explain that if the app notifies the customer that the order is ready and on its way, that’s what the customer should expect, but before I could finish explaining he cuts me off and ask, what is your name? I give him my name and he closes the door and goes inside. He comes back with a ticket receipt and ask for my name again. I repeat my name and he responds with, it’s because you didn’t enter a space number. When I called, that’s what I was going to advise him, but since he hung up on me I couldn’t. I then in return tell him that, I was trying to explain that to you, but didn’t give me a chance. The entire time he’s looks annoyed and bothered. I then tell him that I had advised one of the car hoppers bringing out the food of the parking spot situation, he cuts me off again and tells me, you see how busy she is, do you really think she is going to remember your name? He closes the door and goes back in, he returns shortly after with my order, hands it to me and closes the door. I tried to tell him that he needs to work on his customer service skills, no matter how busy they are, but he went back in, simply ignoring what...
Read moreMy son and I usually eat at the one in North hills but since we were close to the one on airway we decided to go eat there for a change. BIG MISTAKE! My son and I got in line to order and when we finally got to the front we were received by what appeared to be one of the managers to this location. Her name is CASSIE. She took our order but with a VERY NEGATIVE attitude. Just as an example, I ordered the number 8 meal but she only asked what I wanted to drink. Didn't ask if I wanted regular or large fries. Didn't even mention them. So I opened my mouth to ask if it came with fries and her response was "all our meals come with fries!" In a negative tone and with a look on her face as if I annoyed her by even asking. I thought I was imaging the whole negative attitude and didn't say anything as we finished ordering and walked away my son asked me "Did we do something to her dad?" That's when I knew it wasn't my imagination. I didn't know for sure if she was a manager but I asked one of the girls that was walking around the restaurant cleaning if I could speak to the main manager. She went behind the counter to find out who the manager was for me. She came back and told me that the manger was "CASSIE" . So as I suspected she was the one that treated my son and I with such a negative attitude. So I asked the other worker to get me a different manger. She did and I explained the situation. She apologized for that but I feel like in the end nothing was really done. That woman has no business working in a place like that. If she is having a bad day, or whatever her personal issues, you don't take it out on your customers. By contrast the one at North hills gets 5 stars all day. I will NEVER come back to the one on airway EVER again. I'd rather drive the extra distance and go to the one in...
Read moreI ordered 6 combo meals (spicy chicken deluxe) as an appreciation lunch for some people I worked with that worked really hard the day of the order in question.
I ordered through the app and went to go pick up.
Upon arriving at my workplace, there is confusion all around as we are missing a sandwich and straws (we only got 1 straw for 6 drinks).
As people offer to give me their sandwich, I politely refuse and take ownership of not checking the order after I left (didn't want to clog the drive thru lane).
I go back and tell the lady at the drive through that I just picked up and order for XXX and I was missing a sandiwch. She instructs me to go to the window. I incorrectly assumed they would check the order for what was missing. I request the 5 missing straws, get my bag and take off again. As I am getting on Airway, I get an instinct to check the bag. The bag contains a regular plain chicken sandwich. I take a U turn and here we go again.
I go by the drive thru and communicate that I was missing spicy deluxe. Got instructed to go to the window. As I am driving away I am able to hear ome of the other ladies say: AGAIN?!. Which was curiosuly enough, my same thought, for the third time in less than 20 minutes, I have to go through this again.
Doesn't end there.
Got to work and obviously everyone is done and my appreciation lunch is "wasted". I open the bag to find 2 straws and a regular chicken deluxe. At this point I just forgo the fact that it was not a spicy deluxe and just eat the sandwich and take the L.
Usually this location is pretty good. But I also had never ordered through the app, and most certainly, didn't order 6 meals. Assuming the drive thru curse struck and I did not check the contents of the bag before I left for the first time....
