DISCLAIMER: read in a recent post that THE UNLIMITED GAMING SPRING PASS DID NOT COME WITH A WARNING THAT TICKETS WOULD NOT BE SAVED.... the owner responded to pass the message onto the staff and they did make me aware. I will advocate that the way they describe how the pointing system works, was really confusing for me to understand... which at first I bought the $55 thinking I could supercharge any time after that for the super charge price and get a different amount. It's not only the way it was explained but the way it is displayed.... they make it seem like you're getting a massive amount of play credits for cheap additional price. Ended up spending $172 total on credits because of the total misleading info, BUT THEY DID LET ME KNOW I WOULD NOT GET POINTS/TICKETS WITH THE SPRING BREAK UNLIMITED CARD. I'm about service above all. They get a 2, but the food & our paid for experience was what kept our time delightful Waiter never really checked on us. It was dead. And never refilled our drinks. DISHES WERE DIRTY! EVEN FOR A SLOW DAY Food is great! Appetizers • Nacho Queso Loaded really hits the spot with a rich bite of chorizo and corn. • Tostadas lightly seasoned with a blend of spice & saltFried Pickles are coated lightly with that Asian style breading. Main entrées: • Cesar salad was presented well. • Avocado chicken sandwich is delish. • chicken nuggets were lightly seasoned with a paprika and a juicy bite. I'm a huge fan of ranch. Their's is creamy. • Buffalo chicken strips are served with Buffalo on the side. Had a tangy flavor with a hint of spicy that is enjoyable, but not over powering. • burgers are cooked to your liking. • chicken Cobb salad was served with the same chicken used for nuggets, corn, Pico de gallo and other yums • FRENCH FRY FANATICS you won't be disappointed. Games: • crazy expensive. We went with 6 adults and 2 kids. We shouldve bought the $110 and power up for an additional $12 tl.start with. But, we ended up paying $55 with power up for $7. And then $110. Can't remember how many total points we ended up with. The FUN WAS SO WORTH THE COST. The prizes are also fairly worth what you pay for. We ended up with almost 6k chips (tickets)....still 100 credits (tokens left over). We spent about 4 hours there.

Went for the $20 all you can eat and play promotion. The resturant, bar and game room looked pretty calm with open tables, for some reason we still had a 52 minute wait for our table. I figured since there was 7 of us maybe all the large tables were taken. Once we got a table we ordered a beer and nacho appetizer which took 25 minutes to get and the nachos were super crispy as if they were left under a heating lamp (see picture). Just like all great deals there's a few catches. The all you can eat wings comes in increments of 5 wings, one flavor and a little handful of fries (pretty good). The problem was it took over 30 minutes to get the first round so I asked to bring the second round when we got the first ones but our server said we had to finish what we had before he could order more. Needless to say we finished it within minutes after waiting for so long, we were starving. Another 30 minutes goes by and the second round came. Our server congratulated us as if we had won something. Confused we asked why, he explained we got the last of the wings. 10 is not unlimited but apparently our server had to fight for us to even get a second round so I have to reapect that. Since dinner was cut short we paid the $180 bill (20$ for each of us, appetizer, 2 beers, and six sodas). Mainting a positive outlook we headed for the games! Next catch, you can only play certain games. The games that were allowable were fun though. Mario Cart, most shooting games, some of the basketball games, air hockey, most racing games and the flight simulated games: StarWars and some type of homeland security one. We spent hours ordering drinks and playing games. All in all it was quality family time on a Sunday afternoon in a city that doesn't have very many family oriented establishments.

Dave & Buster's is located inside Basset Center off Gateway or accessible through Montana. It has mall and outside entrances, both are handicap accessible with parking. This location has several sections. When you initially walk in it's a party. A loud, game filled arcade with coin machines, fun games both big and small. There are all kinds of activities for all ages. Giant claw machines, virtual reality rides, old school skill games, team games like air hockey and constantly new things. Great for parties and celebrations. There are several private party rooms. They also offer several packages. There's also fun for adults with a TV filled bar. I saw a wide variety of sports and shows all around a colorful arena. Venturing further in is a fun decorated resteraunt. They have a fun, delicious menu. Appetizers are creative and tasty in good quantity for the prices. Specialty drinks are also available for kids like light up slushies, or gummy worm garnish. Entrees come with full sides and drinks are available at tables. A fun place with great food and party packages.

Went there tonight with my boyfriend and we were hungry so we decided to get some food here. Our server takes our drink order then we order appetizers. She comes back with our drinks and take our entree’s order which was a pasta that could come with a bread if you’d like (for me) and bone in wings (for my boyfriend). About 10-15 mins later we get our appetizer which were nachos and fried pickles and she said our food should be out in a bit. Our food comes out but instead of a pasta it was a pizza. She did ask if everything was okay but It didn’t process that I had gotten the wrong food so I said yes thank you. By the time I realized it was the wrong food she had already left the table so I waited for her to come back to check back on us but turns out after 15 mins of her not checking in on us, I had to ask the host if she can call our server over and she did. Our server comes back asking if everything was okay, I told her that I had ordered a pasta not a pizza. She looked confused as if I didn’t order the pizza although I specifically remember her asking if I wanted bread with my pasta so I definitely did order the pasta. Then she left the table with the pizza and comes back with the pasta. There really was no problem of me getting the wrong food because i was sure she put the right order but brought the wrong one out. I just had an issue with the service. It should not take more than 5 minutes to check back on your tables after they’ve gotten their food. I couldn’t see all the tables but it wasn’t loud so I know for sure it wasn’t busy. It also seemed like we were her only table because everytime she would come out she would only help us. So I just don’t think it’s fair for us to most likely be her only table and be to be treated like she has 8 other tables to take care of. After she brings the pasta out she asks if I wanted a refill and I say yes. She comes back with a water but I order a sprite as my drink. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt just because sprite is clear but water doesn’t have carbonation so it would’ve been easy to tell. I notice it doesn’t have the carbonation so I taste it and I was right about it being water but unfortunately she was already in the kitchen I assume so I couldn’t tell her it was the wrong drink and lastly to add to this there was something black in my drink so I couldn’t...

DO NOT SWIPE YOUR GAME CARD MORE THAN ONCE!!! This review is for the GAMING and not the FOOD. We did not eat their mid overpriced food we went just to play. First and foremost it's incredibly expensive to purchase a game card and points. I was told upon walking in that the cheapest ones run out after only a couple games. Mind you the cheapest option I believe was $30. Me and my 7 year old settled for a mid range most popular deal that ended up costing $65 with an added bonus and card fee for what I believe was 375 "tokens". Immediately we ran into struggles to have games recognize our game card. Thinking the scanners just weren't reading our card we swiped it multiple times until they would finally let us play. I didn't catch on until after about 5 or 6 machines at which point I ended up swiping my card SIX times and still wouldn't let us play, however I noticed it had said approved and warned me I had just 110 tokens left. WHAT? No way I ran though 275 tokens in just a handful of plays. I tried one more time just to confirm my theory and sure enough the game was deducting tokens from our card and not letting us play. Im normally not a complainer but at the price I paid; The math breaks down to about 17 cents a token. 7 swipes on a game that costs 10 tokens to play is 70 tokens or $11.90 that the game just practically stole from our card. Broken down to the other games where I had to swipe multiple times explains why my $65 was almost gone after just 20 minutes of play. I told a nearby employee that I needed help with the machines stealing points and they told me to ask the people on the floor working on the machines. I told some dude about it and he just said "yea they sometimes do that" and went back to working on his machine. If that's the horrible customer service they have then I sure won't be returning. Learn from my mistake and do what I said at the top, don't swipe your card more than once. I already don't eat here because of the overpriced bland food. Do yourself a favor and just go throw dollar bills into Ascarate, you'll have more fun confusing the...
