Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

We constantly order pizza like once a week more or less but for sure once a month and the service has always been behind I live 0.7 miles away that's less than 5 min away and usually they deliver my order 20-30 min later. That's a long wait even with orders before us in this area at most it should take maybe 10 min I think. I've delivered before and this is just unacceptable. I haven't complained till today that my order was delivered cold after being ready and double checked by Juan at 2:09. My order didn't go out with the driver till 2:26pm 17 min after it was ready then still had to wait to have it delivered and I called to complain and then Juan says the order will be free!!! Umm how is it free when I charge my cc I don't pay cash. I barley even ever have cash on me for tip that I give my 2/3$ maybe 5$ I have in cash that I have in my wallet just for this type of stuff. You know if i knew I'd constantly have issues I'd just continue ordering from crazy daves pizza again another place around the corner and I can get it for less. I pick it up and it's fresh. Vs waiting to have pizza delivered whenever they get a driver or driver takes too long. THE ONLY REASON I ORDER DOMINOS IS BECAUSE THEY DELIVER.!!!!!!! Can't even get that right. Smh and don't have an excuse that oh we have lots of orders and short staffed not my problem for one and two you should of been ready for the summer rush besides it's this way even without a rush...

Ok here we go! my delivery driver brought me the wrong order so, they gave me credit for the same order, so no harm no foul! Then I call in to check and see what the credit was for cuz I was actually unsure of how much credit they gave me cuz one of my pizzas on the first order was correct anyways the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude with poor customer service. So I go in to redeem then I stand at the counter for at least 3 minutes finally drop my phone on the counter and I see a head raise from conversation I ask to speak with the manager (Ashley) whose customer service was also lacking! I explain my let down and believe me I hated to be the person in there redeeming credit and complaining again I mean I was about to let John's poor customer service over the phone go until I walked in on the other scene of workers all standing around talking. Had to wait over 30 minutes for the order to be made look it was slow and my order was the first to come out of the kitchen during this wait time I get the pizza home and guess what one is wrong again.. the manager not once apologized and seemed very uninterested in anything I had to say... They did send a driver with the right pizza and honestly him and the female cook were the two most...

I have ordered from this store (and its predecessor at Montwood & Saul Kleinfeld) for almost 8 years. For every good experience, we have a negative one. I keep ordering, because i like the product and forget the b.s. until it happens again... Tonight was the last time. I ordered at 7:26, pizzas came out of the oven at 7:39. At 8:09, I called the store to check on the status of the order. I was told that it would be at least another 30 minutes for delivery, so my products will have set under a heat lamp for over an hour. I told them to cancel the order and ordered from Papa John's at 8:13. It is now 8:35 and the two pizzas were just delivered, hot and fresh. I do not love Papa John's due to the former owner, but I will be ordering from there for the foreseeable future. This is the last time I will order from Domino's, primarily because of their lack of leadership at this store, but also because they demonstrated ZERO concern for their lack of performance. So, thanks for helping me decide. I am sure Papa John's will be happy to get my twice...
