Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in El Paso

I’ve always loved the food & smoothies, but would always be discouraged from TSC just because there weren’t any close to home. This new location is exactly what was missing in this area!! so glad I can finally satisfy my TS cravings w. out having to make a long drive for it :) 5⭐️s all around !!

UPDATE I still love this cafe and its items, but it can be a hit or miss sometimes. I’ve had this happen twice, depending on the time of day or the staff. My smoothie won’t always be perfectly blended, and even though it’s not too big a deal, it makes it a bit challenging to enjoy it straight out of the straw because the whole fruit pieces will clog at the bottom. I made an app purchase I arrived to pick up my order in the cafe I was waiting for a while they’re super busy a manager told me where’d they’d place the food when it’s ready. Which my order wasn’t ready yet. After waiting a while longer I looked at the cubby where the orders are supposed to be placed my order was there for who knows how long… No one ever said my name or order number. I finally get home and see my food order is wrong it was supposed to be a tai salad but it’s tai mixed with Caesar and has bad lettuce in it, my smoothie was correct but super watered down. Went to get a protein bowl after my workout which was about 9:20p. Whoever the girl was that was working the night shift had a disgusting attitude and an apparent eye roll issue. She told my friend and I that the lobby was closed but the drive thru was open.
