Dear Dunkin’ Donuts Franchisee
Bassett Plaza 6045 Montana Ave #100, El Paso, TX 79925
I write to you today with a heavy heart and a concern so pressing that I felt compelled to bring it to your immediate attention. It is with great disappointment that I must relay my most experience (of 3 in the last year) at your establishment, which is experiences that starkly contrast the renowned reputation of Dunkin’ Donuts.
First and foremost, the core of my concern lies with your team. It pains me to say that the service I encountered was lackluster at best. The employees, whom one would expect to be the ambassadors of your brand, seemed disinterested and detached. This apathetic demeanor not only dampens the customer experience but also raises questions about their commitment to your vision and values.
Moreover, the quality of the products served was startlingly subpar. The donuts, usually a symphony of taste and texture, were stale, as though they were relics of a bygone era. The coffee, a cornerstone of your business, was lukewarm and insipid, a shadow of the rich and invigorating brew one anticipates at Dunkin’ Donuts. This decline in quality is not just a disappointment; it's a disservice to the legacy of your brand.
Perhaps most troubling is the prevailing sense that these issues are not mere oversights but indicative of a deeper malaise. It's almost as if there's an air of sabotage, a concerted effort to undermine the very foundations of what Dunkin’ Donuts stands for. Whether this is due to lack of proper training, inadequate management, or a broader organizational culture issue, it's a concern that needs your urgent attention.
As a long-time patron of Dunkin’ Donuts, it's distressing to witness this downfall. Your establishment, once a beacon of consistency and quality in the fast-food industry, seems to be losing its way. I implore you to consider this not as mere criticism, but as a heartfelt plea from a concerned customer. The potential for greatness still exists within your walls, but it's being overshadowed by what appears to be a pervasive neglect.
In conclusion, I urge you to take immediate action. Investigate these issues, reinvigorate your staff, and reignite the passion that once made Dunkin’ Donuts a cherished stop for millions. Your customers, your brand, and the legacy of Dunkin’ Donuts deserve no less.
With sincere concern and hope for...
Read moreThey never seem to disappoint me in messing up my order . You would think as a regular customer they would at least appreciate the customer and make sure we are happy that they could make our day or not by making us a bad coffee with to much sugar or not enough sugar or anything else. If not they put your donut in the bag upside down to make sure that the icing is on the bottom stuck to the bag ,like really? You couldnt take your time to put it in the bag the correct way or grab it so roughly you left finger holes on the sides where its basically squished. You make me return into the store for a remade coffee that you couldnt get right the first time ? I know it raises alot of questions , especially when i have other options, but why should i go out of my way on my way to work when its convient for me when i come to them for that then they should be expected to make my experience a good one with food, service etc. and why keep coming ?Because .... I try to give them the benefit of the doubt . I recall a time it was always perfect the perfect amount cream sugar and flavor or anything ordered and this location used to be great it was your go too place ,now its been going down hill from there ,who gets coffee wrong, who serves you donuts and cant even take the time to put it in the bag right. Especially when noone was behind me(drive thru) . I hope their district manager isnt as bad as the people they are hiring that are serving us customers instead that he will read this as he has been in store before a few feet away from where I came in to correct an order so my hope is he will take into consideration in making it better.. . Im really not that picky I just expected a large coffee that has 4 pumps as its already included not six or less than 4. Or a donut i can actually eat with icing that isn't all over the bag .It happening more often now more than once with the coffee and second time on the...
Read moreThe absolute most rude staff and grotesque location I've been to. Ulysses was just stiff and unfriendly and the female staff were the equivalent of high school stuck up and stink faced females. One just left our order on the opposite side counter (out of anyone's range) and just jokingly said to the girl I don't know why I put it over there. They were trying to figure out amongst themselves if it was an old order. Didn't even bother to ask or cal it out initially. By the time I noticed I was just watching them as one half attempted to read out the order. Stopped about halfway and walked away. Just continued to look with an attitude in our direction as we inspected the items. The cashier didn't ring up one of our sandwiches and the hashbrowns looked burnt and smashed. We didn't even bother reordering or asking or new ones because we were so digusyed by the staff and the lack of cleanliness of the establishment itself. They didn't even have napkins at the very least for us to wipe down the tables or anything. There were no more than 2 other groups of 3 there and about 5 9f them behind the counter but no one could bother checking on the dinning area ? Absolutely pathetic. I've been to other Dunkins across the county and this is by far the worst. Thank goodness we don't live...
