Each time we go the food is always great, the service could be better. We have been there probably three times and the same manager has always been there working on the line. I was a manager at Chipotle for three years, and let me tell you, this manager is so stingy with serving sizes. I know you have to be aware of serving sizes and waste but you still serve what the customer asks. At a previous visit, he tried overcharging me for a bowl I had ordered with only extra rice and beans for my one year old. He told the cashier to charge me for three sides because i asked for two scoops of each. That is not how it works. I know because I was a manager as well. Today he seemed so agitated that I asked for extra cheese. Once we got our food it was really good. Nice and hot but the rice had way too much salt. It’s supposed to have two tablespoons of salt, I’d guess it probably had four tablespoons. Luckily I don’t mind salt, but I did need to drink a lot of water to finish my food. I’ll definitely continue to go back because the food is always really good and the staff is nice, but the manager needs to try to put a smile on his face and enjoy his job! His attitude effects everyone else’s and he needs to remember...
Read moreThis is such a scam with this place. I ordered two bowls with EXTRA steak on each. I was charged almost 6 dollars on top of the regular price for each bowl. Called the manager. She put me on hold to check the camera 🙄😂🤣 it sounds preposterous that that would be her response. She was probably the most unhelpful manager I have come in contact with in a very long time. Supposedly the server gave us “two scoops” I’m saying what kind of scoops was she looking at. The pretend utensils my kid has in their play set?!?! And how in the world does she know which is our order if she didn’t even ask our name or what we ordered. Look at the pics below, in what world is this extra steak?!?!? The bowl wasn’t even full to the line above nor was their enough ingredients to reach the end of the bowl. It’s beyond disappointing that they choose to cheat their customers in order to save a few bucks. You should be ashamed of yourselves for conducting your business like that. Not even offer to make it better. You all are thief’s! Had we not paid you in full we would get in trouble…yet you all steak our money in such a disgusting and blatant way!!! ...

First, when told that an item was no longer available (pinto beans), I was given one option to add extra of another (white rice). When I said I didn't want that item, and asked for extra steak instead, I was told no. Really? What kind of establishment tells their customer that they can't have extra of something? I didn't notice any type of management in the store as everyone in the store looked to be about 18, except for the guy cleaning the grill, he looked maybe 40, but not manager material. I overhear the customers in front of me ask for drinks and the cashier tells them that the ice machine is broken. So, no pinto beans and a broken ice machine. Brilliant, Chipotle. Way to stay on top of your game. So, now that I've come to realize that this is by far the worst Chipotle restaurant within 200 miles of El Paso, I must go elsewhere to get my fix.
