From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the attention to detail was top-notch. A special shoutout to the bartender and the chef, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

Their menu offers a variety of delicious options, including a selection of mocktails that were refreshing and full of flavor. We also tried the potato flautas, which were absolutely amazing—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. In much anticipation for the El Paso Ball Drop New Years Eve Winterfest at the San Jacinto Plaza Lotus Beer Garden VIP access, my friends and I were disenchanted with failed disclosure of VIP access. Lotus Beer Garden failed to disclose that VIP access was to the restroom, a chair at the bar (4 chairs at the bar), and standing room outdoors only. VIP seating, downstairs bar and charcuterie board, and sitting outdoor access was evidently for elected officials and distinguished members. Access to the downstairs bar was with purchase of $750 for a table. For this type of access, general admission is the way to go. Don't come here for New Year's for anything because they stoled $232.54 from my husband for the VIP. It was promised free drinks, and other stuff, including a table. They also refused to give us a refund after the fact it said on the website free stuff and they told us different. They also tried to butter us up on it and pay 2 rounds of drinks and make us stay, when it wasn't worth it.
