Sushi House Mom's — Restaurant in El Paso

Tried for the first time today with my family. The restaurant is very crisp and clean with an open and inviting space. We had phenomenal service and the waiter was very conscious of my toddler throughout the process, often also speaking to him when speaking to the group, giving high fives, placing food out of his reach, and offering a dumdum. Additionally, he was very attentive and would regularly check in with us. Sushi, tempura, and soup were all great. We also ordered the shrimp and calamari teriyaki and it was fantastic! The calamari was soft rather than rubbery and the taste of the food was delicious. Nice set up, great & rapid service and tasty food! Will definitely be returning soon!

I walked in, was greeted and told to sit anywhere, I sat at the sushi bar as to not take an entire table, but it's only for ordering sushi so I ended up sitting at a table 😂 I was craving 김치찌개 (kimchi jjigae) since yesterday, but at the time everything was closed so I came here to try it because I was missing the flavors of Korea 😩 I was pleasantly surprised at how good their kimchi stew was. My craving thoroughly satisfied and the waiter/waitresses were so attentive and checked in on me every few minutes. It was such a deep bowl of soup so I couldn't even finish it all 😂 the only downside was the boba was unfortunately soggy when I ordered a milk tea but that's an easy fix. Reply To Owner Understood but the staff knew. The waitress was killing the fleas with the blue flyswatter with the white metal handle, next to the register. I’m not looking for any freebies and I had a flight to catch. Feel free to refund my card if you feel it is just. If you want to make a difference, call a good exterminator like Orkin, Truly Nolan or Terminix and fix your restaurant. Best of luck to you ———————————————————///

The people are very nice and the food is good but one huge problem. It pains me to say that this place is infested with black fleas. Instead of calling Orkin or a licensed exterminator, the staff is trying to kill them with fly swatters. Yes they were in my food, they are too small to see in the picture.
