I am a VERY patient person. I walked up to the service counter. There was a manager and 2 employees who looked like they were trying to fix the cash drawer. I worked in customer service for years. I know sometime you just have to be patient. So I stood there waiting. After about 1 minute the manager walked away and the 2 employees stood there and continued to mess with the cash drawer. I waited another minute before I finally spoke up and asked "excuse me, are you all ready to take an order yet? One employee said "no I have to finish this" I said "oh yes I understand. I'm just more looking for a time frame of how long it might be?" She shrugged at me and said "I don't know" I asked "2 minutes? 5 minutes? 10 minutes?" The other employee said "probably about 5 minutes " So you were just going to stand there pretending someone wasn't in line for 10 minutes as you proceeded to fix the cash drawer? And you don't see anything wrong with that? Like maybe acknowledge there is a customer in front of you and apologize for the inconvenience but allow us the information that it's going to take 10 minutes to finish and if I would like to place an order I could feel free to use the drive thru?    Read moreThe way orders were taken at this location was completely unacceptable. The woman taking our order, Rosa, was very slow taking everyone's order. The line took 4 times longer than it would have if anyone competent was taking orders. I repeated myself several times before she comoletely underdtood my order. After taking my order she started the processing of my payment. I was paying card. She said hold on, understandably because it probably takes the system a moment to load, but then just walked away for a good 90 seconds while I stood there waiting for her to tell me it was ready. When she came back she finally told me to swipe and then walked away again. I took my own receipt from the printer as I was tired of waiting on her. Turns out she took my name for no reason, as apparently at this location they prepare a guests ordrr before they even take the next guests order so my brother and sister were waiting for another 2 minutes after I ordered my food so she could take their order. Why would a sensible manager assign one person to take orders and also prepare the orders before taking the next. I donât even know where to begin but the last 5 times I have visited this location they always find a way to mess up my order. This time was the last straw. I placed an order on the app ahead of time to make it convenient for them as I always do and every single time they make my burgers incorrectly. Today I had to waste my time and physically show them how I am ordering them on the app because they blamed me for modifying the burger incorrectly. Jesus the manager has dealt with me so many times within the past 2 months and I have had enough. Not only that but when I was leaving I told them about my frustrations and the girl at the window without a name tag was extremely rude to me and told me that if I donât like the service to go to another Wendyâs?
