Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in El Reno

This location is just AWFUL. It's not the fact that kids work here mostly because it's like that everywhere, it's the lack of management. Kids will be kids if you let them. Everyone is running around but doing nothing. I came in for 4 sundaes..the first person who finally spoke to me was a kid and they asked me if I was there to complain. I said no, I need 4 sundaes. Their reply was "Glad I'm already clocked out!" And they left..and it was busy in there! (Poor management) Then another kid who overheard kept saying 'Hey can you help her? She has A LOT of sundaes!' After 10 minutes of waiting for them to figure out who was going to take on this HUGE task. Some kid from the back came up and started making them. Then another one from the back came and helped too. They were done in under 5 minutes. But while I was standing there..the person who I assume is manager was like "Was it you _ who threw the paper towels in the ice cream and left them there? No? Was it you __?" While she was standing at the front counter. Then she looked at me and asked "Was it you who came through the drive thru and ordered 4 sundaes and left?" And I thought 'No..I came inside because the drive thru was packed and thought I'd get better service inside!' But just said "No." And left. District needs to come in and handle this..its been crazy in there for some time and honestly I dont want to go there anymore because of the service. Sad to see this at such a highly...

Stopped it cause I've been wanting a good burger. Went inside to order and it was pure chaos. I stood at the register for at least 5min before someone acknowledged me. Finally the Manager took my order. I asked for a menu, but they didn't have anything other than the board behind the counter 7' in the air. Without my glasses it was very difficult to see, so I ordered the burger combo off the placard on the countertop. I subbed a malt for a drink, and got their fries. Got the Braum's sauce, delicious, but there were no cups so I just pumped it onto the paper tray liner. The fries were crinkle and crispy. The waves held the sauce perfectly. 10/10 on the fries. The malt was rich and just the perfect thickness. However their malt was clumpy, so I kept getting crunchy bits 8/10 on the malt. The burger was a double with pepper Jack and jalapenos. I unwrapped the Burger and the cheese stretched out from the wrapper. The perfect amount of mayo didn't make the bun soggy. The lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes were thick and red tasted like a tomato should. Ordered w/o onions. Going in for the first bite the cheese and jalapenos complimented the seasoning on the patties. However the patties themselves were terrible. Pre-pressed patties with so much filler that they didn't even taste like beef......

If I could give ZERO stars I most certainly would. First and foremost this has to be the absolute nastiest Braums out of ALL Braums store locations. The new “manager” isn’t doing too good of a job with holding the responsibility of a “manager”. Miss Amber I believe that’s her name; she is extremely rude and quite frankly doesn’t know how to speak to her employees let alone the customers. She comes off aggressive if they don’t jump when she says jump. During a in store experience we overheard her bragging on how she intentionally hires high schoolers and starts them at an extremely low wage when to my understanding the starting pay is 13$. The entire team doesn’t understand what “customer service” truly means, it’ll be about 8 or more employees in the kitchen but no one acknowledges the customer at all (it could be anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes before they attempt to take your order). This place is TERRIBLE, extremely chaotic environment. The health department also needs to stop in and do a full blown inspection because the place would definitely be shut down from how disgusting it is. MICE Running around INSIDE the store, roaches crawling around INSIDE the store. Plain disgrace.t The ENTIRE crew needs to be replaced starting with the store...
