AC Bar and Lounge — Restaurant in El Segundo

I typically don’t take the time to leave negative reviews, but in this particular case, I’m sincerely disappointed with the service that I received at AC bar and lounge. I visited a few nights ago and informed the waitress that anything I purchased I would be paying for in cash, Obviously she needed a card on file for liability reasons which I provided to her, upon conclusion of my $65 meal I paid $80 in cash, $65 for my bill and $15 for my tip. I was subsequently charged an additional $80 onto the card on file, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for two days at this point and I feel like I’ve been getting nothing but the runaround from the manager Bridgette and the employees that I spoke with. I was told that I would get a call back with the resolution of this issue by the end of the business day today, when I called back to follow up, they told me Bridgette has gone home for the day. When I requested to speak to another manager, the employee, with the manager in the background, proceeded to tell me that the manager was unable to speak with me, because it was out of the scope of his job responsibilities. This was a nice and natural experience you are surrounded by lots of greenery and you feel like you are having an outdoor experience with the stoned shaped table the ivy walls and the delightful trees. The food was very good and I enjoyed a few French 75 cocktails. I found the staff to be very attentive especially Jess and Isaiah. They both made excellent recommendations which we enjoyed. I would return there again and I hope that the same bartender and server would be available...

After dinner, went for drinks here and it's a nice hidden spot in Yerba Buena gardens ---and among other restaurants. Great wine selection and again experience...service ambience Comfort. I tried a new type of wine Tinto and the the gentleman there are well informed about the wines there. It wasn't crowded (likely due to Covid) so it was pleasant and quiet enough for my friend & I to catchup on Life over a nice chacateuri board, wine and music and...
