Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Elizabeth

👎👎👎I hope if I can give less than one star because this place doesn’t deserve any of stars. Manager and staff are very nasty and rude. I ordered 4 veggie quesadillas and when I ask to add jalapeños on that the guy is saying you cannot add that that is our rule. I used to eat that every 15 days and I know that all other locations are add veggies according to our choice. When I asked to guy to add that manager was jumped into our conversation and rudely saying that you cannot add that because there is no much space but you can add sour cream and cheez that I don’t want. I told them to go e me sour cream on side but when we reached to register they just gave me one sour cream with 4 quesadillas again when I ask the girl who is in register rudely said she cannot give because that is our rule. I mean seriously just one sour cream for 4 order and she even did not told me that if you want you can pay extra for sour cream that I don’t mind. But just lack of customer service and they just want to get rid of line. No much choices of vegetables like other location and telling false rules that just easy for them. Not not not recommended anyways better if you get another place. And I hope they just arranged good and professional Manger....

This was by far the worst Moe’s I’ve been to. I am a former employee of a Moe’s at a different location that I’d consider the baseline for what I expect from Moe’s elsewhere, and this wasn’t even close. Just to list a few things off: The employees were talking to each other more than helping, yet I was the only one in line. They didn’t have tacos, and don’t know the difference between white and dark meat chicken (This is the only Moe’s I’ve been to that doesn’t offer both). This is the only Moe’s location I’ve been to that charges for chips and salsa, not to mention they actually charge MORE for chips and salsa than they do to upgrade to chips, queso and a drink. I was double charged for my meal, and I am still awaiting reimbursement. Because there were no tacos, no white meat chicken, and no sour cream, I decided to get ground beef loaded nachos. My stomach hurt for the rest of the night from what I assume was improperly prepared ingredients, as I eat Moe’s enough to know that it doesn’t normally hurt my stomach like this afterward. I'm Mexican, and when i'm visiting another country i never eat Mexican good for obvious reasons, however this place got my atention and i decided to eat there, heres my opiniones

I got a chicken salad with a lot of stuff in it, The food was great, i have never eaten something similar in Mexico, and thats great, it's not a very big portion and a little bit expensive but the taste is really good, also they give you some nachos for free too, that was a nice surprise

The service was STUNNING, literally Mindblowing, i was having a real shitty day when i went and i was greeted by the most happy and energetic man in the entire world, he screamed "Happy friday" yo me while jumping and waving his hand, he made me feel welcome and he was super happy all the time, seriously this man made my entire day, he served me my food and he was patient with my mediocre English pronunciación, most awesome human being in existence, i literally have no words to describe how great it was, he should be employe...
