If I could rate this place Zero I would. So here is what happened. I parked outside of the restaurant with my family in my suv. I called to place the order because we were on our way to the fair in Keyport. Anyway to save time and not have to wait I decided I would call and wait in the car until it was ready for me to pick up. So I call and start placing my order and the rude person on the phone cuts me off and says it's going to be 30 minutes for the chicken, I say no problem, I would also like..... The phone goes dead. So I'm like maybe it hung up by mistake. So I called right back and say "hi I was just placing an order and the phone hung up but I would like to add to my order... And again the phone hangs up. Now my wife is looking at me puzzled and I say wow, really? So I step out of the car and walk inside. I stand patiently at the bar while the owner (older "gentleman" with glasses cleans the expresso machine and pays me no mind for about 3 minutes. He finally speaks to me without bothering to look at me and says can I help you. I smiled at the irony because of the voice. I say yes I just spoke to you over the phone and I'm trying to place an order but you hung up on me twice, can I please place an order? So he says "I don't know I get dozens of calls" Then the phone rings and I could not believe the blatant disregard for customer service and unprofessional behavior this guy was displaying. He picks up the phone and starts taking the person's order without as so much paying me any mind. I just smiled shook my head and walked out after playing various scenarios in my head and none of them ending up good for this guy or myself at the end. So I walked to my car and got in. My wife asked me what happened? I just said "we'll get something out there hunny" Bottom line, don't bother with this trashy low class establishment. Some business owners forget how to treat their customers when they get to a certain level of clientele flow and could care less if anyone else brings them business or not. If they don't care about you as a customer can you imagine how much they care about the food/product integrity they are selling you and that you will be consuming? True story people....

I ordered over the phone at 5:46, I went to pick up and when I got home I come to find they gave me the wrong order (it was missing ribs and instead gave me potatoes). I told my husband to call, they told him to come back they would give him the ribs that were missing (we live about 15 mins away but I had a craving so he went back), he took the potatoes that we didn’t order but the rest was fine so he didn’t take it ( and they never told us to). He calls me when he got there and told me they refused to give him the ribs because he didn’t bring back the full order. After explaining that the rest was fine , they said NO. I go over there my self ( this is the third time of us going now) and the lady didn’t even apologize she took forever trying to look for the receipt.. it is now 7:39 and I still haven’t eaten … Check your food before taking it , it might be the wrong one and you won’t be happy. Never again coming here, and after all the years of us coming and supporting this restaurant.. I read they were new owners ....
Read moreThis restaurant serves burnt food and they are constantly raising up their price. 15 dollars for combo and they wont tell you over the phone that it is 2 dollars more with debit or credit card. So I went there a month ago from 7/10/2021 and I have been a long time customer of this restaurant. They must of changed owners because this restaurant is not the same when my parents use to order food here for my brother's and I when we were kids. I ordered a picadinho with rice and fries and it came with a platter of just potatoes and meat. An they did not want to give me my money back. Just check your food before you give them money.
