I gave this place two chances and they failed both times.I was never spoken to.Walked around forever looking for what i needed.I passed several employees who didn't even acknowledge me.The store is so big and nothing is marked.Everything is way over priced. The store manager had the audacity to come stand right by me pretending to shop .I couldn't believe my eyes that he actually could possibly think I'd take something. What a horrible experience it was. When I was checking out there was the manger guy.He was unshaven poorly at best dressed. He looked like he hasn't taken a shower that day.He was speaking inappropriately to the cashier that was checking me out. This is the first time I've written a review good or bad.It was that horrible of an experience that I felt it necessary. It makes me sad for my home city of E-town to have such a place.Ive never had a bad experience like this in E-town anyplace else ever.I hope this review helps change this place for the better.I don't want people from out of town thinking this is how businesses...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhy is it, every time I go to one of your stores, the lines are crazy long and one of your employees are standing watching it all. I mean, why does this front door extra person never open a register? I can think of one time where the front door person was friendly. One! This location is no exception. The "front door person" is a looming presence. So, are they there as a sort of task master, or are they there as a loss prevention person? Because they are never nice seeming, with the exception of the ONE time and, let me add, that ONE nice door whatever person was NOT at this location. Two registers open, two lines 12+ people long, and one oddly placed, looming, task master/loss prevention, apparently completely miserable, front door person. This is why I always check with Michael's, Joann's, and even Walmart first. Hobby Lobby must be a miserable place to work. I couldn't decide if I felt anger or pity while I waited...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe selection of products are amazing. There is a wide variety of products. I went in looking for a rainbow rose for my daughter's wedding bouquet (unfortunately there was none) and found so many beautiful floral arrangements and stems. I spent so much time admiring all the different colors and flowers. The store had a sale on the flowers and arrangements. I even looked at the pebbles and beads for vases. I actually was surprised with their prices being lower than other craft stores. With the sales going, there was plenty of products. I did not see any empty shelves! There was also many customers shopping but still had plenty of room to walk around without bumping into someone. That itself is impressive! My daughter loves Hobby Lobby and I can see why now. The associates were friendly. The store was sparkling clean. There was plenty of walking room in-between the aisles. Definitely will recommend this...
