Edited to add: Everytime I go in to have my jewelry serviced they have done amazing. A few times I know I even went past my service date, but they still fixed whatever was wrong. I was determined to never go back to them, but now I think I will still purchase from here.
At the end of the summer my husband bought me a new ring from here, supposedly a brand new design they just got in. A couple days later I noticed a diamond fell out. We took it back up to the store, plus I needed it sized anyways, and they agreed to replace the diamond, and said if it happened again they would replace the entire ring. 3 weeks later I got it back... Wore the ring for only a few days, then noticed AGAIN, THREE diamonds fell out. My husband takes the ring back up there, asking it he could just choose a new design, but they said no, they would repair it. A MONTH later, I finally get my ring back. It did seem like they made the band thicker, so I was positive this one would be ok. Literally the next day while working, I notice a diamond FELL OUT AGAIN!!!! First let me say, I don't do very hard work. I sit at a desk 9 hours a day, talking on the phone and typing on a computer, so it's not like I was rough with the ring. My husband took it back again, but this time telling them he wanted a refund. They seriously said "No" because of the time length we've had it. WE haven't had it but for maybe a week and 2 days! The store has had it the rest of the time! I have a ring I bought from Walmart that has lasted for 18 years without any trouble, so why is it a ring that is 10 times the cost, costing us so much trouble?!? Not to mention them giving us a hard time about holding up to their promise! (I also want to add that my husband has a warranty on the ring for situations like this) I would just expect more from a jewelry store that's supposed to be top...

I wanted the best my money could buy, so I knew I needed to go to KAY Jewelers. When I arrived, Heather and Anya were ready to help guide me through the process of finding the perfect diamond for my wife of ten years. We searched high and low through the show room floor and finally chose a diamond handpicked from the vault itself. Heather and Anya spent many hours with me to make this a seamless process and to help me capture my love through this diamond for my wife. I couldn’t have asked for better help or guidance on this journey and I will forever highly recommend the store at Bullseye Center and the assistance of amazing staff members like Heather and Anya. These two went above and beyond any expectation I could’ve ever asked for and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work, dedication, and loyalty to their customers. Thank you again KAY Jewelers, and thank you Heather and Anya for being the best sales representatives in the entire KAYs community.    Read moreTook my ring to be fixed, after going up there three different time after they sent it off for sizing it still did not fit. Fourth time they sent it off it finally came back and fit perfect! I was so excited. However, as soon as I left the store and inspected it closer I noticed there was a crack in the band. So I took it back in and they said they would have to send it out again. I just got my ring back today. It’s august 13th. A simple fix turned into a two month stint and lots of gas driving up there 5 different times. People were always nice but it shouldn’t take 4 times to get it sized right, nor should it have been given to me with a crack in the band. On a positive my ring looks perfect FINALLY! Before and after pics.
My advice. Only go here if you aren’t...
