Good store. Nice produce. Has organic food. Very low prices. Good store brand. Nice place to shop. Love it! EDIT UPDATE**" While the store and what they sell is wonderful, it is beginning to NOT offset the horribly rude cashiers at this store. One young lady in particular seems to have a terrible attitude. Last time she literally slammed my food into the cart after scanning and I discovered some items had been punctured. I asked on this trip could the same items be placed in the top part of the cart because of the issue I had last time and she gave me the nastiest look a person could muster. She did put them where I asked but when I went to bag them I found they had been more or less smashed into the cart. When I went to say something I heard her complain to the customers next in line after me about how "some people are". When I asked her to put the items where I did, I was not snappy or rude. I'm not sure what her problem is with her attitude but she needs to...
Read moreReceived the worst customer service at this store. I had just scanned and bagged $300 worth of groceries, had my card ready to pay, and the single cashier accidentally voided my whole purchase instead of another customer’s purchase. Another employee came up and demanded I remove all my items out of the bags at another register so she could rescan them all. There was no apology for the voided purchase, no offer to help take all the items out. Zero customer service or accountability, just total attitude because she had to quit stocking shelves to ring me up. We ended up just leaving. Are these employees even being trained in customer service? The whole system of having one cashier ring people up while also fixing the self-checkout errors is a lot to ask of a single cashier. No wonder there are mishaps. Having a system that cannot reinstate recently voided purchases seems...
Read moreSave money shopping here on some items. Only issue is sometimes certain items run out of stock. Buying fresh vegetables can be hit or miss. Usually Walmart or Krogers has better quality fresh produce. For example, this time I bought a Honeydew melon, fresh peaches, and fresh plums. The plums were excellent. The peaches were already overripe. Had to throw some away. And the honeydew melon was not sweet at all, and small. I had the order delivered by Instacart, so maybe the shopper just grabbed the first items they seen, without checking the quality. But even if that is the case, Aldi needs to remove any produce that is overripe or bad quality, or sell it at a huge discount. But overall, I...
