Panda Express — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

It used to be a favorite restaurant but I won't go anymore. The lady named MONICA M. treats the customer very badly, the treatment is racist and despot with Hispanics, being Hispanic, also her treatment with Anglo-Saxons is very friendly, but with Hispanic people, I don't usually writing about this type of thing but the type of person he is is very unfair to me. I asked him for his name and he never gave it to me and I got it because checking the receipt I saw his name the food was served in very little quantity and they let you wait a long time To the customer, why don't they have the dishes made? They have to supervise that detail since they lack food at the counter and the line is long to wait for them to make them. I hope they take my opinion...

Just left the restuarant with my almost 2 year old son and husband. I wouldnt recommend this place. First off, we walked in at a non busy time and the cook was having a conversation with someone he possibly knows and saw us standing there waiting. Didnt pay us no mind and kept on with his conversation. When we finally said something he gave us attitude and said he was the cook, the the server came who seemed to be getting something from the back and took our order. Other people started to come in and "THE COOK" put on gloves to serve the other people. I also had to change my sons diaper and had to do it on the floor of the restroom because neither bathroom had a changing table. Not at all a place for a mom with a baby to eat in. Food...

I’ve been to a few Panda Express locations in the past, but never during a pandemic. This was my first time to this particular location and also during Covid19 times. When I visited, the restrictions limited patrons to takeout only. I had the 3 entree platter with the orange chicken, the beef w broccoli and the Angus beef. The orange chicken and the Angus beef selections were very good but the beef w broccoli wasn’t that great. The spring egg rolls were also pretty tasty but the chicken egg roll wasn’t too good at all.
