I would never suggest anyone eating here after 2nd shift starts. I walked from the movies down the street to get myself something around 940ish, i get to the door at 9:51pm and i see a girl walk up to the door and lock it as she sees me walking up.
So I called stating " Hey i dont know if you guys saw me outside the door but you locked it as i was walking in, i know the dinning room closes at 10 so since i walked her do you think you could let me just order my 2 nacho fries with cheese please!!"
The guy on the phone (Andy states he is a manager on duty). He says "I wasnt the one who told her to lock the doors early, thats not my fault."
I said "ok but you are the manager right!"
Andy says "yes."
" ok then Andy so you are telling me that your employees do what they want and you take no responsiblity for what they do while you are in charge."
He says "Nope" ... I laughed and stated " so can i just get the fries, I have money , you can make this right with a simple request"
He says " well the doors already locked so theres nothing I can do." (As i see 2 full tables of guests eating and ordering at the front. I then tried to joke with him to lighten his mood.
I laughed n stated " so if they spit in the food you wont stop them?"
I thought he would laugh, but no his responce was, "yup they do what they want." Very seriuosly with heavey irritation in his voice.
I then ask him for his corporate number so i can let them know how they not only look the doors early, treat guests like trash and state that the managment doesnt care about anything but a pay check.
He told me to google it and i can call corporate if i want to taddle and he didnt care or even give me his name... I had to go in the next day to ask who managed the night before...
The very helpful and extremly busy 2 ladie managers were very helpful with answering my questions and listening to my complaint.... Those 2 woman and their staff that morming may have not wanted to listen or maybe didnt care.
The difference was, they listened, answered me honestly, appologized and offered to compensate for my grief. I never ask for anything besides an ear ro convey my disapointment in the lack of willingness to even try to help me, with such a simple solution... i talk to those ladies for maybe 3min and had it all taken care of. Andy had no care to even pretend that my buisness or lack there of will never affect him. The sad truth is, if more people get treated poorly, the less guests you can profit from....
Wont be back till i know there aren't anymore "dont care Andys" in this Food establishment, i dont trust he can keep a clean store if he cant get his staff to follow a simple company sign stating a COMPANY CLOSING TIME. I dont blame the girl leaving cause when she clocked the only thing she was resposible for was herself and if shw made a mistake whwn shw was leaving, then its the active managers kob to correct whatever is not at Company standards lile closing times... Taco bell lost 3 cars that pulled up that night as i was standind outside on the phone with Andy..

Read moreHorrible! Went inside and ordered on kiosk at 712. Only 1 person was in there before me and he was doordash. I sat there patiently and watched several people come in and order at kiosk or doordash. A guy stood there and asked if his order went through and they said no the only order we have is under tiff (me). So I continued to wait. I watched 2 door dashers get their food. Drive thru cars were being helped nonstop. A woman came in that was in drive thru and was asked to pull up and wait she had sat out there for 10 15 minutes before coming in. She stood there for about 10 minutes with everyone making eye contact and nobody greeting her or helping her. Finally someone did and he took her receipt to make her food. I saw a doordash order come up I went and looked at receipt it was put in at 737! I had been waiting since 712 how does that work! So then I stood there to be addressed. Next person came and yelled for Josh the guy whos order didn't go through and he had to redo it! I then was upset and asked for a refund i watched all these people get their food that came in after me. I had 2 combo meals and 1 side item not even a big order. The girl walked away about 5 more minutes a guy came over..the lady from drive thru was still waiting for her food ...that STILL wasn't being made and I got my refund. As I got in my car I watched a couple that was only in there for about 10 minutes walk out with their food. Tell me how my name was the only one on the kiosk screen at one point and never had gotten my food. Left and went to the one on 17 ordered my food and was in and out in less...
Read moreWe ordered online before going in, expecting it to be on the pick up shelf within the next ten minutes, however instead we had to sit there for at least 30 minutes, thinking at the time that they were just overwhelmed with the drive threw but still working on it. That was not the case. They in fact did not even start until my Dad went up and talked to them and asked what was going on. They told us they hadn’t started yet and blamed it on the machines being broken however some of the local customers told us this Taco Bell is always this slow and that they only worry about the drive through and let everyone in the dining room wait sometimes 40 minutes for food they paid for. Once we finally got our food we realized half the orders were wrong and had to wait another ten minutes for them to get us the food we ordered. Also most of the food was cold and stale. The incompetence was just absolutely astounding. I work in the service industry myself and when we’re behind on getting people their food we hustle a little bit and do everything we can to good hosts, we could see them in the kitchen taking their sweet time on everything, sometimes just standing there. They seemed like a bunch of pot heads without a grain of respect for their costomers who had all been patiently waiting for them. Every one of those workers should honestly be fired and I know Taco Bell has cheaper food than most restaurants but it’s not worth it to wait 40 minutes to eat stale cold food in a sticky disgusting...
