my wife and I went to this Verizon store never knowing it was not a true Verizon, but anyway we ordered 3 phones but they weren't in stock so we had to order them this was on 7/4/17 was told they would be in on the 7/7/17 we get a text from Verizon I guess to pick up your order and enjoy your new phone. so we go to the store and guess what? the guy behind the counter said they were there but he can't give them to us cause they haven't been released and we would have to come back to get them REALLY come back like we have all the time in the world is to come back, so I called Verizon that's when we found out they are not a Verizon corporate store, the lady from Verizon called the store where the phone were shipped too and he the manager gave her a run around and never gave her a straight answer why the phone we ordered was not given to us. so with that said, if you want a true Verizon store ask if they are a corporate store or an outlet store. we will be picking up our phones today 7/9/17 I did call tcc about this matter, so hope they will see it my way the customers is always right and maybe bend over backwards to keep the customers happy not come back and pick them up. when I say I am going to do something for someone my word is my bond it will happen not say you will and don't make an effort to do what you said you would do Verizon Authorized...
Read moreMy mom has always had a difficult time with todays technology and it is difficult for me to help her because I live thousands of miles away. Every time that she would have issues with her phone/computer she would could not find anyone to help steer her in the right direction leaving her and I both frustrated. She went in the Verizon in Elkhart and Jarad took his time to make sure she left understanding her new Apple Xs and her I-Pad that day. I also was able to speak with him on the phone while she was there and after speaking with him I was at ease knowing that mom was in good hands and was excited for her about her new purchase. I told Jarad that I was goin to Verizon during my lunch hour to get a new Tablet and he took car of that for me so didn't have to use my lunch on the purchase. He also personally went out of his way to send me the tablet overnight to make sure I had it the next day (to El Paso). Jarad is awesome, my only worry is how he now will be on my mom's speed dial for assistance. Thank you, Jarad, you truly went above and beyond...
Read moreI went to make a change on my Verizon cell phone plan that I had tried to do with Verizon over the phone but wasn’t able to get it figured out. I decided to attempt it in person and I’m so glad that I did. Jose was the employee who helped me after an expected wait because it was late in the day after work hours. I learned so much from him about plan options and possibility of getting a new phone, which I decided to do. Things took longer than anticipated because of transferring old phone information to a new phone and Jose stayed even past closing time to make sure everything was accomplished as it needed to be. I have been back there twice since then with questions, nothing on his end, but situations with my phone and some other issues and he was always incredibly gracious and welcoming and helpful.
