Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Elkhart

Clean building, staff seems a little disjointed for online order pickup. Had to keep pressing to make sure we got the full order. Lots of items are much cheaper than other stores in the area!

Update: I'd love to say that they've improved over time but they haven't. I pickup orders for work and they consistently forget items and keep me waiting for longer than other curbside pickup places. One of my latest experiences ended up with one of their employees getting quite a bit of granulated sugar all over my car that I later had to go and get cleaned out. I'd love to give them a better review but I've been coming for almost a year and they seem like they're slowly...

Just recieved worst management support ever today at 3:40 today. Have spent tens of thousands of dollars with gfs. After today never will I spend another dime with gfs. Assistant manager more intrested in reciting corporate policy jiberish and the importance of her job with a snippy attitude. We have an account with gfs as of Monday it will be closed out. All this was over $48 I ended up giving the products to another man and his wife. It is the principal I was after obviously this is way over this assistant...

I went as an Instacart shopper, the job paid 13.00. I have never been in the store, very unfamiliar with product places, so I asked. No problem. However, as I'm checking out the order, the cashier says.. " You should have to find products on your own as an Instacart shopper. You make 18.00 an hour" I said lady, if you know Instacart shoppers make that kind of money, tell me and I'll drop this order. Condescending and very rude. Won't ever return. Elkhart...
