Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Elkhart

I am a bartender and a bar manager from Birmingham Alabama...I went here tonight for dinner..waited with no people inside dining and one person In a spot waiting on food..I ordered a fried parm chicken salad extra olives and paid to add bacon..this salad was pathetic...its garbage..and I never give bad reviews but it was my day off and I was starving and you were recommended to me bc in Birmingham we know food and alcohol...my cedar shaves smoked old fashioned with 10 yr pappy is 200.00 per drink.. per drink I'm that good at my job and this garbage is unedible...I'd be ashamed to give it to someone..I am attaching a photo...I'll never go back and I see a lot of business owners who I'm gonna tell about my first noodle experience In Michigan..I went to bed hungry and paid almost 15 bucks for cold noodles and bad lettuce...be better...people have too many options to come spend money and time they do not have to go to bed hungry...you should be ashamed of yourselves and it took 10 extra minutes..I had to walk inside ..they brought the other order out..probably wrong as well....hungry and disappointed In Michigan y'all..come to bama..we feed you right and don't charge 15 bucks for old white letters and no...

Enjoyed my experience here. The menu is not very extensive, but there are some good choices anyway. It is not a super cheap place to eat, but it doesn't break the bank by any means. You get a good amount of food in the regular (Medium) bowl size which will easily fill you up. I would say its a good place for a quick date or something of the sort. They bring the food out to your table after you have ordered at the front counter. They brought my food out to me about two minutes after I had ordered. Quite fast in my opinion. I feel that I cannot adequately give of a review of my food (because I had a cold and couldnt taste anything), but I added some chili pepper to to already slightly spicy noodles and thar helped clear my nose for a bit if you know what I mean. Their service was fantastic and they come and check up on you to see how your meal is going. They were not incredibly busy, so no promises that they will come out and check in on you if they are really busy.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise on an evening when other local restaurants were filled to capacity. They bill themselves as world cuisine, and did have entries from several regions. Our family tried three entrees and shared a 6 piece order of potstickers. The orange chicken pasta was good. The Korean BBQ (I swapped grilled chicken for the usual beef) was delicious, with just the right minor touch of heat to break up the sweetness of the sauce. The onion, green onion, and cilantro were fresh and perfectly-cooked. The Japanese Pan Noodles seemed under-sauced but that may be different if we tried it again. The staff was friendly and efficient, and willing to substitute many components of a dish. The 1-pt down rating was for several slight missteps, such as the under sauced Japanese pan noodle, slightly overcooked potstickers, and an annoying alert tone coming from the back room that sounded like a single whistle, like the guy next to you at the baseball game, sounding every 30-60 seconds.
