I have to start by saying, "I myself am not a fan of the Chik fil A." But, I have 3 teenagers who feel differently. I do, however, like the companies values, so I will spend my hard earned money (well, my husband's) to allow my children to eat here occasionally. Each time we go, I worry it will take forever, but each time, I am pleasantly surprised because no matter how busy they are, it doesn't ever take very long. Food order has always been accurate. Chick-fil-A is unmatched when it comes to fast food! Known for their amazing drive-thru service, they keep things moving efficiently even during the busiest times. Not as bad entering/exiting as anticipated. When the construction was wrapping up, many locals were concerned about traffic and logistics of getting in and out. After stopping by two separate times, I feel more confident in sharing that I was able to get in and out relatively quickly. I've used the mobile orders twice and they'll probably pick up the pace as they get a flow, but there is a bit of a wait (10-15 mins) in the lobby even when ordering ahead.
