Pulse — Restaurant in Elkhart

I use to love going here and getting their pizza, it was close by and on the way home from work. The pizzas were great and also reasonably priced. Unfortunately due to sanitary conditions, I will no longer be returning. On my last 2 visits I wanted to get a large fountain drink, I noticed the pop came out in an irregular fashion, so having 9+ years in food service, I knew the nozzle needed cleaned. I didn't find this too obscure, it's a daily task that is easily forgotten, but when I took it off to clean it was full of mold. I informed the guy behind the counter he needs to clean the rest of his nozzles, but upon returning, I could easily tell it still was being dismissed. I did clean it, and tried to get a drink again but kept getting a lot of black debris from the machine in my drink. This black debris is from the nozzle that was knocked loose in the quick cleaning process, but still should not be there if they cleaned. It takes about 5 minutes to soak and clean these nozzles and the lack of doing so leads me to believe they are probably cutting corners elsewhere too. I've worked in a handful of food service locations, and what happens behind the counter and where the customer can not be or see is usually worse. I will not be returning anytime soon due to lack of sanitation and possible illness.

Everytime I go there its something 1 time I went and got biscuits and got home not done called back to let them.know and promised the hook up for inconvenience, went back and got 8 piece chicken ( MIXED) got home and no breast, called back and discontinued breast. They don't sell breast . When you order mixed its because you want breast, I got 2 wings 3 thighs, 3 legs . K paid for mixed and got fark with wings. Okay, and took it back and the girl there didn't want to refund money since 2 pieces were missing. I end up having to pay for the 2 and refund of a 6 piece which I agreed after going a few rounds with her. How do.you have chicken with no breast. That was the last time I will spend MY money in that place. That girl or lady there is so rude and nasty. Her commit was its not my fault... okay...

Used to enjoy this place. Anymore they are extremely rude and to be honest lazy. I've been told one time by the employees the kitchen is open all night, then its till midnight, then its till 11pm, then 10pm, then not at all. The young kid in there and the dude that usually works with him like to sit there and stare and laugh while talking under their breathe. I just dont get it. Its advertised as 24 hours yet they never want to DO anything. Dont get me wrong the pizza is good. That's why I still TRY. But anymore it seems pointless cuz they dont want to do their job. Or even just treat paying customers with respect. I've always been nice and respectful and ask how they are etc. Yet I get ignored, cut off and...
