I called in to the restaurant to order carry out for my family. They person who answered the phone sounded annoyed and like he couldn’t be bothered to be friendly. I asked for their specials and he said we have large pizza for $8.99 and Medium for $5.99. I asked don’t you have any combination item meal deal specials? He said not at this time. So I go to the dominos website to look up the menu because usually I would choose a combination special and order by phone based on that specials inclusions. When I get to the website there is a coupon advertisement on the website for a meal deal special like I was asking the dominos agent for. I repeated the special meal deal to him and asked if they were offer it, yes he said. I said why didn’t you tell me about this special a moment ago when I asked you for the meal deal specials? He said because there are like 20 of them and I didn’t feel like listing them off. I said I think your customer service is bad, is there someone else I could speak to? No he says we’re really busy. I said I want to talk to your manager put him on the phone. He says I am the manager. God help dominos if this is the kind of people they hire to be their managers. Read moreI ordered some cheesy Two nights ago. Got it home way out in kittitas. And opened the box to see there were Jalapenos in it. We wanted just regular cheesy bread. So my daughter wouldn't eat it. So I called last night and asked if they would remake it. They said yes. On my way to get the cheesy bread I got a flat tire. I was stranded on the side of the road freezing for almost 4 hours. I had left my phone at home. And was unable to contact anyone beings it was so late. So while i was panicking about being freezing and stuck in the cold the last thing on my mind was Cancelling the cheesy btead. Givin the situation I woukd of hoped the Manager woukd have shown some grace and compassion and been understanding of my circumstances. But when I called this evening and explained everything to them THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. They were rude and said they woukd not replace it again. There's an older manager who is very professional I want to make that clear, (not sure if he's even working there still) My order was not properly made how I ordered and Robert was very cold and didn't care that I was dissatisfied. He tried brushing it off by saying I'm very sorry ma'am but refused to fix my order. He threw in that he sees a lot of complaints on our account. I told him yes, when our order isn't what we paid for then I will call to have it fixed and the older manager always happily fixed it with no issue and I was very grateful for that. And when our orders were properly made I have no complaints because I'm a satisfied customer who wants to continue going there. Robert only kept repeating 'I'm sorry bout that ma'am' over and over again, not 1 but concerned about fixing their mistake.
