Unfortunately my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts was extremely stressful and surprisingly disappointing. I went through the drive through to order only 2 items and received such rudeness and sarcasm from the employee it was so unbelievable and unbearable. It was overly unacceptable on so many levels. Not to mention having burnt food items was adding more undue stress. When I proceeded to ask "Jack" for the store manager to share these disappointing experiences they stated they were the manager. Yet, being an experienced business owner and certified Business mentor [among other business professionalism], I didn't think anyone who ran a store would be working in the drive thru and treating any customer discriminatorily with so much rudeness. However, I couldn’t help but notice the manager speaking to him in a way that seemed unnecessarily harsh. I will wait 20 minutes in line for something terrible, and I can’t get anyone’s attention to remake it. So I end up wasting the money. I’ve given them two more tries, but both were exactly the same.
