Dunkin' — Restaurant in Enfield

I like their egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted english muffin. The chicken salad sandwich on a hard roll is good, coffee cake muffin is good and they stopped making the french vanilla coffee calata, am disappointed, it was very good. I also like the orange juice here. ( coolatta ). :) I also like their coffee, i do decaffeinated. ( update ). I went here yesterday and got the egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted English muffin and an order of toasted potatoes tarts. Sorry to say i was disappointed. The man that waited on me was nice, but the english muffin was real tough and hard to chew like it had been warmed in a microwave instead of toasted in a toaster oven and the potatoes were very grease. Ugg. I must say this Dunkin' Donuts does make mistakes quite often. I like the one at 545 Hazard Ave better. ( UPDATE ) I went here a couple days ago and ordered a Frozen French Vanilla coffee. The man was nice, the coffee was real cold and it was full to the top and had plenty of whipped cream on it. It looked delicious, but did not taste good at all. There was no French Vanilla flavor in it. It didn't even taste like coffee and it was bitter. I had gone thru the drive thru when i ordered the coffee and i should have gone back thru the drive thru and had him make me a new one, but i didn't, my mistake. I only dranked part of the coffee and it cost over $3.00 for a small. I was and still am very disappointed. I am not a big coffee drinker, but when i get one i want it to taste good. I'm still craving for a real very good Frozen French Vanilla coffee. Like i already have mentioned that they make a lot of mistakes at this location. The place at 545 is much better. I went here first ,but their machine was shut down so i drove all the way down to this place in Enfield to get the coffee and ended up disappointed. Absolutely amazing.. another Dunkin made my latte wrong and I stopped here to see if they could fix it for me as I didn't want to go back to the one that put the coconut flavor shot in my cocoamocha latte (for those that don't know a cocoamocha latte is mocha syrup topped with whipped cream hot cocoa powder and chocolate drizzle)when I walked in I was happily greeted by Vic. I asked if there was anyway she could remake it for me , she said absolutely. Kerri came over to let me know they didn't have oatmilk and to ask if I wanted almond milk instead I asked if it tasted like almonds and she said no it's more of a vanilla flavor then almond and she asked if I wanted to try it to be sure I said yes please. She was absolutely amazing. Her and Vic both did an awesome job even with my slight attitude because I was upset... This is now my go to location. Thank you ladies. Whoever has been closing, at least on occasion (maybe not everyone there), shuts many of the popularly advertised recent items down before it's closing time. I understand it's a few minutes to closing time and a worker doesn't want to re-dirty a machine...but you shouldn't clean it early in hopes of getting out early when the place is in fact still open.

So when someone comes up to the drive thru speaker and orders BEFORE closing time, they should be served the drink. It's not like at McDonalds where the ice cream machine automatically shuts down for cleaning at a certain time in the middle of the night and you can't do anything about it.
