McDonald's — Restaurant in Enfield

I visited this particular location (Elm St, Enfield, CT) on the way home today around 2am because they advertised to have their drive tru “open only” 24 hours. They had a long line of cars in front on me and I noticed people walking in & out of the lobby and also noticed a gentleman slamming his car door and walks in upset for having the wrong order. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with large sprite without ice, large fries and the double quarter pounder burger. I finally got to the window and was charged for the quarter pounder meal price of $12.66 (Did not receive a receipt) and received a mess in a bag. The male associate seemed to be overwhelmed and handed me what seemed to be a sprite with ice and he give me another cup to remove the ice myself. Well, the so called sprite was nothing but a nasty water with no flavor whatsoever to a sprite, in the I had two little nasty looking burgers and small fries. By the time I was on the highway and could not turn around. My rating today is for receiving the wrong items and charged for something else because they seemed to be short handed and overwhelmed. They should have security on premises for McDonalds staff safety and control any issues on the parking lot with customers...

I went inside to avoid the long lunch line in the drive through (1:30pm). I only wanted a drink so I went to the kiosk to expedite my order. Upon completion the kiosk would not accept my payment saying that cashless options were not available. So I printed my reciept and waited in line for the cashier taking orders. After finally getting my drink cup i wanted some ice (pretty normal restraunt commodity for drinks). The first machine was out, so I went to the second machine and lo and behold it had none either! So I proceeded to fill my drink only to find out that the flavor I desired was out. So I redirected myself to the other machine again to finally fill my cup with room temperature soda. Upon driving away when went to take a sip, I discovered that the straw I had selected had a crack and did not work well. But alas, I cannot complain too much since this is the only McDonald's that carries root beer and I am sure I...

I went here tonight trying to order food. The mobile app wasn't working. So I went through drive through the night crew is absolutely horrid, barely speak English. Don't understand simple questions. When asked all I wanted was some information as to why the mobile app wasn't working. And If I could use my points at drive thru to order food, they couldn't answer a simple question, and when I tried to get an answer, they stopped talking. And completely ignored me. The entire night crew needs to be replaced because this is not my first horrible experience with them. It's either they don't understand English or don't actually care cause there's no management at night they're always blaring music so loud that you can hear it over the intercom, and when you get to the window you can't really hear them talking to you over their music. This McDonald's in particular is absolutely horrible and the night crew needs to be replaced...
