Smyth's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Enfield

It was very busy on the evening I visited. I ordered 6 ice creams. Most were basic chocolate with sprinkles. We ordered 2 sugar cones and only received one, the other was a regular cone, and 2 blended icecreams. 1 was correct and the other I ordered was oreo cheesecake. We received oreo peanut butter. When I brought the mistakes up to the woman at the register she said she asked me if that was what I wanted and I had told her it was. Clearly not. I told her what the order was supposed to be and again she repeated that I had told her that. Im not about to argue with a teenage cashier. We just will not be visiting again. Let me start by saying that Smyth's Coconut Almond Bar has always been my favorite ice cream. I bought my first quart of 2024 and I was disappointed. The ingredients were lacking and not evenly distributed....there was barely any chocolate and it wasn't as creamy either. The cost went up by a few dollars and the quality went down. I'm very disappointed and I hope it's a fluke. I'll give it one more try and hope for the best but otherwise, it isn't...

My girlfriend and I went to Smyths last Saturday evening. A young man and his son were in front of us in the long line. When he paid and got his order he asked that he "pay it forward" with his change, $11.00 and pay for the next order behind him which was us. When he walked away he wished us a good evening.
