Starbucks — Restaurant in Enfield

I see an employee of the month has gone up n was surprised because there are many others who deserve this n wonder if it's really a personal thing going on n not professional decision that decided this. Management should ask all employees who's the top 3 in order to decide. When the one that slacks off the most gets it you wonder what's really going on. Is it prejudices going on? Disappointed in the non professional way this is being handled when most know the obvious persons who who are way better than the one she picked. Store was out of Heavy Cream & initially told me they couldn't make the Cold Foam. I said ok & ty. I will go do the street ro the other Starbucks.
