I go here 3 to 6 times a week. Normally things are terrific, but the are replacing a few of the workers I have been seeing on a regular bases. So I do understand. But today was there worse experience I ever had there The girl that was bringing me up and cashing me out had patience and trying to take my order which is not very difficult but there was a guy there and when she asked him if they had steak for the steak roll ups he acted as if no and he wouldn't even look when she went to look he told her no again. I got two drinks I normally get a vanilla bean colada with a turbo shot and the other one was a frozen coffee with a turbo shot that he wouldn't even blend in she stirred in which might be normal for some people but it wasn't normal for the way I'm use to getting it and I'll attach a picture of my vanilla bean coolatte doesn't look nothing like it should I don't know what happened but I hope they get better staff than they...

We just got to the Broadway and Yale location 10 minutes to 9 and they were closed, doors locked, looked at us and walked away! My wife is pregnant and all she wanted was a pralines n cream ice cream cone. Not cool. If you advertise that you close at 9 you should have ice cream available until 9. Don't lock the doors at 850, not 855 Not 859. They could have easily helped us and still been out...
