HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give ZERO stars. The night manager Riki is rude and shouldn’t be running the restaurant. I placed a delivery order through the app for my children. The order arrived with 3 items in the bag of 6 items so 3 were missing and no sauce. Irritated I called no answer but that’s to be excepted it’s a Saturday night, I get it they are busy. What appalls me is the manager Ricki was super rude, takes my receipt to ask the workers if they put everything in the bag they claim they did, so she has the nerve to call me a liar pretty much and that her workers always put everything in the bag. Then rudely hands me a bag that’s got the missing food but the bag is still short a taco, I mention it and she loses it and says well I need to move out her drive through and I say I want my money back at this point. She says she can’t do that. Tells my 10 year old to be quiet because she says she just wants her taco. Very poor customer service skills. It’s a taco that I already paid for. A 28$ order plus delivery fee. Like I wanna drive up there, that’s the point of delivery. And then why not just give me the food I PAID for the food I’m entitled to? She acted like I was trying to steal her rent money or something like damn I just want my food. What’s crazy is 2 people in line walked to my car and said what they were doing was wrong and they can’t believe they won’t just give me my food. They obviously don’t read these to often or they would see the night manager has many complaints and isn’t a good look for the company, or a lead...
Read moreI am not going to this Taco Bell anymore. All three times I’ve been there they have sucked.
The first time I went for one, I noticed the burrito was smaller than the Taco Bell I used to go to. More importantly, I asked for 5 sauce packets and they gave me 2. I don’t get tomatoes so I require more sauce or it sucks. I was disappointed and wasted half My burrito. The second time I went there I was in the drive thru and they refused to serve me because my “car is too loud” (I had a loose heat shield at the time) so I turned it off and tried to order and he refused and said I had to come inside if I wanted to order. At the time I had a sprained ankle so I just left. I decided to give it one more chance, ordered my food and asked for 12 hot sauce packets for my burrito and Gordita. I even apologized to the girl saying “sorry I like a lot of sauce bc I don’t eat the tomatoes”. I noticed the screen said 10 packets but I didn’t want to be a pain so I figured whatever it is fine. Got home and they only gave me 4 sauce packets. 1/3 of what I asked for. After eating my Gordita I ate two bites of burrito and had to waste the rest bc as mentioned, it sucks without sauce. Read moreI go to this taco bell once or twice a week for lunch ordering the same thing every time. Today has shown me to find somewhere else for lunch. After getting my order thru the drive thru an finding out it was wrong I go inside where I told the "lady" at the counter that it wasn't what I ordered, she trys to argue with me an tell me I'm wrong an got what I ordered. After further confrontation she took my food an as they were making my food her an a man"whom I'm guessing is the manager" do to his red shirt go in the far back where I can't see them an as they come back their talking in Spanish an I hear her say puto...which I'm not stupid an know what was said. They bring me my food an repeat a name of a meal I didn't order an I asked her if it was the right order and she tells me with a smile on her face that "yea. That's what you ordered" I turn to the lady behind me who is in awe at what I'm dealing with an I say wow they got great customer service here don't they..an the "lady" behind the counter tells me Why don't you jus not come back then. I said oh don't worry I won't, an you won't have a job by the end of the day. Corporate has been called, complaint has been filed an I will be calling again on Friday to make sure they're actually following through what they said...
